  • u should use .25 for the accuracy everyone expects

  • you really got a terrible reading because you should be using at least 0.25 gram BB's

  • dude get a madbull ultimate hopup and it will improve that shit drasticallf

  • @ryisfly1356 dude you have no idea what your talking about, this is an m14, madbull dont make hop-up's for this.

  • @DUDESKIN118

It's just shorter. I cut my hopup with scissors and it made a perfect fit.

  • try .25's....

  • slap a 6.01 tight bore barrel in there and use heavier gram bbs and your accuracy will increase dramatically

  • .20s are quite useless at long distances. Use .25s to .30s for best results in an AEG. You'll be surprised with how much more accurate you shots will be and there consistency as well.

  • It looks like you may want to give a different kind of BB a shot. I use .2 polished with other guns, and they seem to work great. Either that or your hopup is seriously off, but that doesn't really explain them flying all over the place every once in a while.

  • @Someone7089

It's the same problems with any bb's I use. It's the hop up system.

  • @joshv06 OK. Sounded like you only use the Crossman BBs in the gun. From what I've seen hopup won't make the gun fire BBs all over the place. I've had the same problem and cleaning the barrel helped me a lot.

  • @Someone7089

I also cleaned the barrel, I always do. Look at my hfc m9 vid and the jg m4, I use crosman bbs in all my guns.

  • @joshv06 thats ur problem.... crosman bbs.... i have a CYMA M14 and it shot great with a different brand.. like the TSD .23s

  • @joshv06 if you had only used high grade bb's you wouldn't have the problem.

  • any gun shooting over 340, you should use .25s or heavier. .2s are practically useless. if you compare the accuracy and range comparing the two, .25s are better.

  • I don't think the hop-up is the problem. Crossman bb's are not for AEG's. Try some KSC, Madbull, Echo 1, BioVals(maybe), anything but Crossman. They are fine for test firing (seeing if the gun can propel a bb) but useless for anything else.

  • @coreoption

Crossman BB's are perfect. They are bery slick and cost .2 cents per bb. I don't buy anything but crosman, they work perfect in my other guns. As you can see, accuracy is perfect in my HFC M9 and my JG M4 videos using crosman bb's. It's my hop up.

  • @joshv06 I've used Crosman black .25s in my Thompson with an 365mm 6.01 barrel and they worked great..

  • @coreoption tsd r best

  • .12 or .20 gram bbs for power?

  • @5nascarkrazy24

Use .2g bbs, both have same power, but .2's are more accurate.

  • @5nascarkrazy24

you get more velocity with .12s because they are obviously lighter but for accuracy go with a .2 or higher even i use a .25 with my cyma m14 its amazing

  • .12 or .20 gram bbs?

  • does this take a small or large type battery?

  • @Bobert912

Medum type. So go for a large small type, or small large type lol.

  • @fk806

    In the description

  • can you make a vid of you gun? i want to buy it but i dont know how to mount the scope, as there is no rails... PPLEASSE HELP thanks

  • I have buyed a G&G M-14 socom MAX and, seriously, its better xD But the price is a little bit higher. 650$ for a powerful 472fps with .20g BBs :D

  • is this the long or the socom?

  • @ClubPenguinMovies123 Long version, wood stock. I totally forgot to show the gun before making the vid :/.

  • Can you use a lipo battery in this?

  • @ihave2rocks Yes it can.

  • @MACproduction1 lipo ready?

  • @ihave2rocks don't listen to MACproduction1, this gun is NOT lipo ready. this gun will tear itself apart with a lipo. stick with a 9.6v Most chinese made guns aren't lipo-ready. unless you add upgrades with the gearbox.

  • @KanedaMontreal Yeah i figured that. I couldn't even afford to buy a Lipo. I wouldn't even need one.

  • if you think about it. the grouping is amazing for a .20g bb.

  • you need to dial in your scope... you should not be having that large of a group from 65 feet.

  • @kidblondie24

the problem is the BB's, theyre .2 and going 380. I didn't have .25's ATM.

  • @joshv06 oh ok, yeah that'd make sense too haha

  • @kidblondie24 its an average grouping for a stock m14. jarek4's video has a tightbore. so what im saying is that its not a nail driver out of the box.

  • why are the bbs going so slow?

  • @thedragonman573

There's a delay in the video, and the last part, the angle that it's at makes the bb's look slow. The gun is shooting 380fps.

  • @joshv06 is it stock FPS or did you modify it,and what modifications do you recomend other than taking it apart and cleaning it when it comes?

  • @sanimalscoolzfriend

Well with some small mods, you can get about an extra 50fps from this gun. Like: New O-ring, lube in cylinder, lube in jop up and barrel, a great pressure hopup rubber like the madblull shark hop up bucking with x-spacer. I always do these simple mods to all my guns, I never go straight to just getting a stronger spring, so then you don't have to sacrifice ROF and it's really cheap.

    So basically you need:

    lube

    O-ring

high pressure seal hup up system

    Basically 15-20$

  • @joshv06 oh thats just awesome thanks!! i'm definitely going to get this gun

  • Wow, now i really now what i am getting..

  • sounds off

  • I need a bipod for my cyma m14. Anyone have any reconmendations?

  • @jingjie2 get a harris style bi-pod

  • Hey if anyone wants to buy this gun for 125 bucks, mint condition, new gears send me a message. Nothings wrong with it I am just planning on getting a higher end gun.

  • either: your aim sucks, your hop up is off, or this gun is inaccurate.

  • Well I already said the hop up was inconsistant..

  • @Sdhunz gun is innacurate because it comes with shitty hop up rubber

  • @Dankalatrune1234 he claims to have a madbull bucking

  • ......adjust your hop up. This gun is a beast right out of the box. throw a 11.1 lipo in it and your ready to go.

  • @6Human6Animal6

    I did adjust my hop-up...

  • @6Human6Animal6 What!?!?!?! why would you put a 11.1v LiPo battery in a CYMA M14, the gun will wear down so quickly

  • @stevester94 ok, before you post a comment please know what your talking about before you open your mouth.Cymas 031-50 are built like tanks internaly. And if you knew anything about lipos in general, just remember......all internals have a lifespan, lipos just help them get to the end of their lifespan alot faster because of the high output of the battery.. I use lipos in all my guns without issue. Now quit chairsofting and learn some facts.

  • @6Human6Animal6 Dude don't get so stressy. BTW you kind of just said the point i did, i said the LiPo will wear down the gun quickly and you have just worded it differently. "lipos just help them get to the end of their lifespan alot faster" No shit thats what I said just worded differently.

  • @6Human6Animal6 i dont know much about airsoft, what's a lipo?

  • @TJ201093 It's a battery that works more or less like the ones you find in cellphones. They provide very long shooting time and high rate of fire with low capacity and sometimes even voltage. I use a 1,1 mah 11,1v Li-po in my stock cyma m14.

Never a problem in one year and a half, good rof and, most important, excellent trigger response in single shot.

  • srry to tell you but i think your hop up is meesed up because i have the stock one on mine and its grouping are a bit better than yours maybe something is wrong with it you should check that

  • i thinks it because of the crappy bb's he is using

  • Nah maybe the hop up, I was using crosman .2's.

  • Yeah that would be why...Crosman is terrible, especially .2g bbs. For good accuracy, I use .25's or .28's (I prefer G&G .28's in anything over 340 fps for good accuracy. But once its over 400 I go up to .3-.4's. Currently have .36's for my JG bar 10, which I am selling by the way. PM me if interested :D lol)

  • Haha I didn't find out my gun was shooting 380 till after the video so I guess I would've used .25's. Lol I already have a JG Bar-10 XD

  • Lol. I like .28's alot because they arent affected by wind as much as .2's or .25's.

  • @extremepaintball2

Yeah maybe, groupings are way better with hop up off.

  • the cocking mechenism on my two tone version of the cyma 14 has brocken im sending it off soon but i think its a realiable gun :)

  • Thanks for the input dude :)

  • its ok good vid ;)

  • sick man. thanks alot

  • No problem dude! :)

  • hows the range compare between the bb weights. I assume the grouping is tighter with .25 at range

  • Just go with the .25's it will be at about 350 fps and nice accuracy. Probably 4'' groupings at 100 ft.

  • So would you recommend using .2 or .25 bbs with this gun?

  • .2's for support, .25's for sniping

  • yea dude. I would use .25g bbs if ure sniping. but thts me

  • @FLteenm1a1

Yeah, .25's are the sweet spot on this gun. Accuracy is simply amazing

  • how fast?

  • Check the description.

  • Dude, don't use ANYTHING from crosman. Their BB's are absolute shit and their guns are low quality. You're gonna damage that beautiful gun of yours. At least you have a good hop-up bucking and lube, they should keep the gun working. If one of those crappy BB's shatters inside your gun, you're screwed though...

  • Yeah I know their guns suck, but i've opened a crosman bb before, this air core seems to be aligned perfectly, they are pretty slick, no seam line. I can get these very easy at walmart, $10 for 5000, cheaper than the CyberGun bb's at Academy. We all use these at our games, never had a problem. Very convenient

  • is your gun still working? any problems? i plan to get it, ps wehre is the hop up located?

  • Hop-up is located in the magwell. My gun is still working, no problems with it so far, it's a great investment.

  • how long have u had it?

  • About a year and a half.

  • Yeah it looks nice to. I think a rail system for this is around 80 dollars? Is that right?

  • The rail system is only 40 for the cyma one the echo 1 is 50

  • I think I found my rail system for $25 at evike.

  • The g&g Plastica is similar to a MPEG. It is 170 dollars and has a nylon plastic sort of body. Although the internals I believe are identical to the Pro models, it just doesnt have a tightbore. They look nice but I dont know whether or not to buy one of them or this m14. Ill probably get the M14 though.

  • I love my M14, It's a really tough gun. I fell on it while running from an ambush. Got right back up, it didn't break, then I got shot. Lol

  • BTW. Its unlikely but do you have any experience with the G&G Plastic m16a2?

  • Nope, sorry I do not. I only buy mpeg's.

    Thanks

  • Oh by the way I hear systema buckings are great you should try one.

  • Yeah, i can't believe it's hitting 380 though, I think it's from my madbull hop-up bucking.

  • You mean jarek4?

That wasnt him telling you though. That was one of his customers.

  • Oh sorry about that, yeah his customer.

    Thanks

  • i am getting one in two days for birthday going to get a small mp5 for chrismas for cqc would hate to use that 4 foot gun in close quarters and also tip SHIIT YOUR NAIGHBOR!!!!!!!!!! and can you message me what scope and rail mount you got?

  • Yeah i got the scope on ebay, 3-9x zoom x32 it's a powerline, very easy to get at walmart or any sporting store, they're everywhere. They're like 30$. the mount was bought at evike, look under M14 parts. I shot a bird into their yard once, using the iron sites lol. Very clean shot, i saw that bb sail and feathers were everywhere lol, it fell like 20ft to the ground from the tree.

    Thanks

  • Sweet. Time to order one of these badboys.

  • Haha nice if you do get one and need extra space for a battery, ill make a video for a better battery mod, better mod that the guy who thinks he's a dragon lol.

  • good gun, o yeah nice camera gun

  • How long does it take to discharge a NicD battery with a smart charger?

  • I don't know,I just use all of my battery up and just charge it from there.

    Thanks

  • I would have used .25. You can use them with this gun correct?

  • Yes, actually I chornographed it, it's shooting 380fps. I should be using .25's.

    Thanks

  • my 2 dollars omega can do it better

  • Lol

  • hey dude did u upgrade the battery after i gave u the demesions

  • Nah man, didn't fit, I did how ever made more space for the wiring now the battery fits really good. I use a 1500mah 8.4 nicad.

  • how do u add a scope on this gun. there is no rail

  • I bought a scope mount for 15$.

  • so wat rail did u get and how did u install it

  • I'll send you a message, I cant post links in the comment section.

    Thanks

  • heheh lube.. did you get the socom or normal version?

  • This would be the normal version.

  • lol you said lube
