I speak like a retard? You can't get banned for custom models in fact Valve incourages customization. All you have to do for this is make a white alpha channel in PS that is completely transparent and color over the area of the part or attachment of the weapon. Then go to a modeling program make a part, Then save as an mdl in the models folder. Open the m4 vmt add a model row to it, and type in quotes the end of the directory for the model then make a texture sheet for the sight.
