Wow, I didn't know you can stop that platform. I always jump from 1st to 2nd platform fast and did a double jump :)

Interestingly, during my first run this is exactly how I ended up doing pillar puzzle, though it was purely a matter of chance. I was planning to jump from lower pillar on to the one on elevator, but the elevator just got stuck.

had to do it the non-stuck way on my bonus run.

1. Legion (of Souls) is weak enough to take a body down in all conditions. Not sure about (Soul) Flick.

2. Chokepoint to collision abuse then showing off the door sweet spot. Fancy finish

3. Ledge sweet spot and PS+collision abuse *standard fair*

1. LoS is that weak? Geez. They nerfed the souls in this game before they ever got a chance to kick ass.

1. A single "Legion" hit does 1/5th of a point of damage. A single "Flick" does 1/3rd.

Flick lacks the bounce effect so I don't believe it can get these clowns down

NOTE: The HP values changed between GoW1 and GoWII a bit but I'd imagine a single hit of Army of Hades (lvl3) to do 20 damage..

I put the statue be side and the other is at the top,after I released the lever I jumped on top of the statue beside and then jumped forward to the one on the platform,I jumped and Kratos caught the platform then i climbed up shit bad grammar

These two just happen to be semi-alive. Under GK:TM:NUR conditions the SoD air triangle *the first of two hits* can take them down without killing them doing to its effect and how WEAK it is under the settings. They will not fight me though. If I leave and return later they will die as if whatever weapon I hold killed them instantly. So if I return with the BoO they will explode in half.

There are a few amusing things one can do here and there. Making fools of the Wraiths of Asphodel can be a real pleasure too. Supsending them in mid-air "for the lulz"..it isn't exactly practical to pull crap like that off but it is worth the effort just to see if you have enough skill to NOT lose health in the process

Has anyone found a way to skip acquiring Zeus' Fury in GoW 1? It seems like it should be doable because you can kill the guy holding the lever without it. I just need to figure out how to kill him and not kill myself as well. Any help would be appreciated and I know if anyone knows how to do it then you probably do.

I know of no way to do it without the "Longer Jump" *which I've only done once..when it happened on the first try on a different day.. I was beside myself with shock and joy*

I finally got around to that GoW 1 infinite magic exploit and was able to get infinite magic. It took me about 20 minutes to finally figure it out but now I think I could get it in 5 minutes or so if I have any luck at all. I wasn't able to capture the exploit but I uploaded a vid of me playing right after I got it. I can now do the *highER* jump consistantly.

Thanks for your help. I now have all costumes and urns unlocked. I'm glad to have poseidon's rage back although it doesn't quite look the same and now Kratos yells at everyone while its activated... LOL.

I need to figure out a decent way to record gameplay. There are times I wouldn't mind putting a video up but its a hassle the way I do it right now - point the camera at the TV, get to the point I want to film, start the camera and *hope* I pull it off in less than like a minute and 30 seconds (LOL!). If not I have to delete the garbage I just recorded and start over... you get the idea. Its a pain.

Where do I find out what each costume's specialties are and how much effect it will have on HP etc.?

Costume stats are listed on the internet at places like IGN. HP is never really effected by them though. Recovery through 'orb worth pecentiles' but not by any other means.

~If you see stats for difficulties, know that HIGHER percentiles for Armor actually tell about how much more damage you take (500% - 10 damage = 50 now) while stats for costumes tells of the percentile of improvement.

Ok, stupid question time: why is it that when I start bonus play I don't even the SoD? All I have is all of the magic and the blades and the HORRIBLE BoO. I guess I never really do BP with costumes and diff. weapons so I never noticed. Also, when I go to the urns it says some are locked but I have collected all of them and beat CotT with Titan rank.  Not sure if I accidentally deleted something or what...

As far as the Urns thing goes, if you clear the game and then save when it asks you to after the credits, it will take what you had then *for that setting only AND AotF* use that info. For instance..you beat Titan normal play with everything.

Then you go ahead and do another Titan normal play..if you saved after beating it, the game will grant the weapon lvls and unlocked Urns you had with that run. If you said, No to it, it wouldn't effect your next Bonus Play. I use this *through saves* to alter my AotF data and run other tests when needed.

As for NOT having the SoD in Bonus Play..that can't be right. You do know how to switch to sub-weapons right? It likes to start you off with the BoO. Can you go to the leveling menu and press "O" to change your sub-weapon? If not..that shit is bananas and I cannot help you.

Ok, I've got it. After I beat the Colossus it showed all of my weapons. I know how to switch sub-weapons and everything. I'm playing as Hercules and I'm finding some parts are kind of glitchy. Have you ever noticed that? Certain parts of the game will get stuck and I have to restart at the last checkpoint to get past it.

So am I to assume you were using the BoO INISDE the Colossus and just couldn't figure why you didn't have the others inside it? It is a simple matter really. Know that whatever weapon you use to enter the Colossus or begin the final boss figth with..you'll be using it for its remainder by and large. Afterwards you get your choices back.

Glitchy like, 'areas not loading all theway' and falling into an endless pit, freeing during loads or lots of loading. In most cases it has something to do with the lens. I have not had trouble with GoWII personally. I've done only about 4 full runs with Hercules though.

~I think you could hanle a NUR so long as you've beat Titan..it would be a challenge to start a NUR+ for you perhaps but a NUR..It shouldn't be too much for you

Yeah, I didn't try to switch weapons until I had to use that piece of crap BoO LOL. I still can't figure out why I don't have the final 2 urns though. I thought there were unlocked by beating CotT and getting Titan rank. I've got Titan rank on every single challenge so I don't know.

Same principle. If you've done a run on Titan *normal play* then saved when it asked *or sometime later* it will override the unlock info of the last 2 urns. All you have to do is Titan Rank any 2 of the CotT again if memory serves. Whenver you do runs that are purely for the playthrough without a purpose after you've finished them..DO NOT SAVE *not to say, don't use save points..just don't use the save option outside them*

The originals exploits were enormous..it is hard to nicely compare the two..especially in terms of combat/platforming exploits.

Nice one's after your set of GOW2 vids are finished do you have any exploits for GOW1 lined up? Im aware of most but im sure you have lots more up your sleeve :p

I'd say most of the tricks are known now. After the High/Higher/Long/Longer Jumps and Regenerating magic were shown by satvara *vids lost*, my Homerun techniques and those shown by ballofsnow..there isn't much else to show.

yeah i've heard of satvara but never seen him in action tried searching for him in many places but nothing found.. not many people seem to make GOW vids with great exploits except you and a few other people.

Satvara's vids were only availabe on GameTrailers and they have been taken down sadly. IF and when he appears again, I'll ask that they be uploaded here *then I can make a copy of my own in case they ever go down*. When I return to GoW1 *down the road* I would like to archive some of the exploits used..it will be troublsome as they can be HARD to pull off

I don't find it at all suprising you knew if the last one..quite a lot of players do.

Yeah the last one is fun. I did use the door twice before I sold it and did the courtyard trick once but by accident what happened was that I was down to the last 1/3 of my health because I destroyed the head so i was jumping around making guerilla attacks when I stumbled upon the ledges and had some fun with it.

I was just passing by the door when I noticed the R1 prompt.

NOTE: I've about 95% repaired the "n" key and 90% repaired the "m" key. "Z" is still at 0% for the time being. So I'm mostly back to normal as far as typing goes.
