Get a Monolith, and for chaos get more basic chaos marine followers with bolters and a meltagun\flamethrower (only go for two of what kind of gun you want)
Well dude =) not gonna tell you what to do but i vote for Orks since they have sutch big variaty. I recently started to play orks myself and they are hillarious both to paint and to play on table top. They are realy compedative aswell. not just talking about nob bikers, there infantry is fun to play. Read there codex you will love it if you havent read it allready.
Considering the armies you have. You need something that is different. Look at Tyranids and Orks. If you like close combat both armies are good. Bugs can actually out shoot the orks. Orks are just wacky and fun. One has a newer codex, orks and the other will be getting a codex in the near future, bugs.
thats not what i heared i heard next summer i anostly think you should reamp your eldar list maybe a themed list because i cant keep switching and building a mean im not being mean or anything but shit you cant be having 4 armies at the same time its not good for your wargaming capabiltys i myself play eldar and thats it though i admire and own some units from most of the armies i only play eldar becasue thats for me and you should tred the same path as me
i would recomend dark eldar no one know there rules when you drop the reavanger bomb people get so pissed and all those bikes for destructor you roll the ap i could go on for hours talking about how good dark eldar are in tournaments im not sopose to talk but im going to play dark eldar when the codex comes out
ORKS!!!!! they are just so damn fun and you got plenty of ways to make adamn fun list. With the new dex for wolves coming out might be something to look into before you discount it. they both are very assault oriented and thats perfect for me nd 5th edition IMO. Good Luck!!!!!!
well usually id say MARINES!!! but you got 2 very Marine like armry with Chaos and the Necrons. Plus you got the Eldar there for the style fighting Id say mix it up and go orks that army is just a brick you throw at people and can be fun if you just want a quick no brainer game :)

oh and a tip shooty armys are trickeyer to play in my opinion becuase when the other team locks you in cc your done. but the are very fun to use.

depends if you want a shooty army (tau/guard) or a cc army (ork, nids,daemons) or in the middle(marines, eldar)

Why not try Chaos Daemons:
1. You can also play fantasy with them.
2. You can use them as summoned daemons for your chaos space marines.
