we're working on it! Things have been kinda slow around the field and woods, but i think its going to be seriously pickup up soon! if we get a decent bit of snow, that should cause some footage!
The nissan got stuck in third gear... and the clutch didn't work. so it wasn't working that good near the end. but we deffinatly romped it! had to junk it though, because i had to clear out the field a year or 2 ago. This toyotas still doing great though!
Well, thanks man. Glad you liked it... but i don't really know how to go about explaining to you that we like Both of these vehicles alot... and this was fun, but mainly because we like them both. The Datsun's just absolutely crazy, in a great way, and the toyota does qualify as a piece of shit i guess, but man, that thing is absolutely incredible... These vehicles really are amazing...
hahah, yeah, no ones really said anything about the black infiniti... weird. it was in good (looking) shape when it got here too... the only thing i can think of is its spraypainted... maybe that makes people think it sucks... i don't get those people. but yeah, just some dents. i was checking it out, hood still works perfect, door opens with no sounds, everythings absolutely fine. i wanted to drive down the whole side of the car, but i didn't want to break a window. thats kinda offlimits
The sun was in a bad spot, so it came about kinda out of necessity. i was digging being able to see the back left tire in the air, moving and all. that worked out good.
no i don't, when i read this i thought that i probably do, because i just got my diesel jetta back, and drew just got a diesel mercedes... so diesel's been on my mind.. but i checked the tags... and no diesel there man... you must have seen it on another video... man i wish this thing was diesel though... just a 20R powering this beast... yep, with a bad head gasket. can't put coolant in it, or it fouls the plugs.
well between 1983 and 4x4 in your tags you put hilux that is the name of the small diesel engine toyota put in some of their small trucks. i dont think that they are very common and i dont know much about them. search it up! and you should race the mercades and jetta!
ahh, i didn't know that. hilux is the name of these toyota pickups in pretty much every country except america, where they just called them pickups. back in the late 60's and early 70's though they were called hilux's in america too. but yeah, maybe even still today, toyotas small pickups are called hilux's in other countrys.
Last night, we kinda did! The 52 HP jetta whopped the turbo 5cylinder 84 mercedes, but i think it was my driving. not used to the turbo. i'd let off, it shifted...
Yeah, i really have to do something about that one of these days. the head gasket isn't so bad that it leaks air out of the head or anything, but it does let air into the coolant, and coolant into the cylinders, so i have to not put any in. but yeah, runs fine and all.
ahh, i guess you don't know toyotas. sorry about that. yeah, the head gasket thing is my fault. the engine is from a 79, that i used water instead of coolant. sat for years with water in it, rusted the headgasket, and it blew when i put it in the 83. redid the head gasket, without getting the head checked professionally, and so it went again. My fault, not toyotas. the engines are good for at least 300,000 miles, trucks as well. as long as they aren't neglected as bad as i do it..
hahah, yeah pretty much, except for the one shock that might be laying on the rear... but that gives it extra springyness that is just a good thing to have
oh my god you guys are crazy people

"I have to not put any in" rofl. hilarious.
krankiev 3 years ago
hah, yeah, i guess its kinda a sad state when the engine regects coolant... and would rather just not have any
tommartyn 3 years ago
rofl thats toyota for you it never does anything right :)
