This is very, very amazing work!! Would other avatars (logged in with a standard SL viewer) see the real time "animations" as well or do you need a special viewer for that?
I'm also wondering how the hell you got this to work in SL - were you alone on a region? I just can't believe that the SL Service is fast enough (or lag-free enough) to pull off something like real-time basketball!!
This is great! One thing that might help in LSL is llVolumeDetect(TRUE) - that way you can both have phantom and register collisions. That aside, I can't wait until consumer-level mocap suits become available.
