Zaragon!! All the complete album is wonderful. I'm agree with all the people thinking is the best John Miles' album. It's very difficult find some about that album in Youtube, and there are a few people who knows about it. I would like Mr Miles includes this song on his wonderfuls "Nights of the Proms"; colud be an amazing song winth a great orchestra and a lot of people on chorus ....
Yes, hard to find people who appreciate this ... gosh, last comment on this video of mine was '1 year ago' ^_^
Did you like my vocal and visual performance? I'm not John, of course, but I like to challange his style at times. I sang "Remember Yesterday" also, plus a couple of his songs in The Alan Parsons Project ... "The Cask Of Amontillado" and "Shadow Of A Lonely Man". I discovered of him via my passion for A.P.P.
@thevisitorsthealbum Hi ! Thanks and welcome ! ;-) Why should be strange for John Miles to have Argentinian fans? I'm Italian !! ^_^ John is great, I discovered of it becoming a fan of The Alan Parsons Project. I wanna record "Music" one day. Stay tuned ! ;-) Alec
Hi Lee ! I see from your channel that you gave 5 stars at my video and favorited it, so Thank You ^_^ Plain Jane and Nice Man Jack are other two beautiful songs from the album Zaragon. To be precise, the sequence Plain Jane, Nice Man Jack (3 parts) and the song called Zaragon is the entire B side of the Zaragon LP. For any other info, just ask ;-)
Can't thankyou enough Alec, i taped (cassette) live John Miles concert from radio in 1978, and although poor quality, my taping that is, those songs stayed with me for so long, eventually wearing tape out. I found you on here thru Zaragon, and now with your help have ordered CD, can't wait to hear them again, once again thanks so much, Lee.
Yeah, luckily it has been put in CD recently, so a lot more people can re-listen it without having to search it in used vinyl (I have two vinyl copies of this album). I think it's the best album by John Miles, but i suggest even a listen to Rebel (1976), Stranger In The City (1976) and More Miles Per Hour (1979). See you !
Oh Alec, ever so cheers mate, cd has arrived, and have played it over and over, brilliant -- brings back so many 1979 memories, and although i am drummer and 61, my air guitar playing, even tho i say it myself is still pretty good, and never hit a bum note, once again thanx, Lee.
I'm not sure to understand ... Your first name is 'Zaragon', as the name of the character of the song !? If it is so, well, I think is a nice name ! Anyway thanks for appreciating my video ^_^
I made the instrumental from the original track removing vocals with Audacity. Maybe in the future I'll do Overture 'cause I like it !
About Hodgson songs, I'm searching for a good instrumental accompaniment of The Logical Song, because Audacity doesn't work well with all the songs. If you can help me, if you can help me, if you can help me, just let me know (little joke from Supetramp's "Hide In Your Shell" ^_^) Welcome to my comments !!!
Thank you Alex...You did very well and it's obvious that you must have a house-ful of gizmos too, lol....I would have like to have seen your expressions whilst singing tho' because this is a song about the heart....XXXX Sweet! Ciao....
What we see her is not simply someone singing; what we see is an artist producing a complete performance, conceived for to stimulate ears, mind and heart.
The way you take away those... luminous, alien flowers?, as if to say that every childhoos dream is definitely lost, is meaningful...
Cool! I don't know John Miles but maybe I'll check it out. I do know Alan Parson's a tiny bit only because my dad has a couple of cds. Alan Parson's also produced some Floyd (my favourite band) stuff too :)

Hello.
Nice job with a great song (and a great artist too).
It's awful, but people don't know all Miles' songs except "Music".
Where did you find the instrumental accompaniment (i mean, without the original John's voice) ?
Try to sing "Overture" from the same album, it's a nice song too.
You should sing Roger Hodgson's songs too.
Thank you.

Hello ALEC, congratulations for your video!!!
I like it and it is very interesting about the story which always reminds you the Little Prince one. I did not think about it to be honest...
The Light and your moving waving lamp is also great idea - like a puls of the heartbeat and the water in the ocean...
Nice job :-)))

The song is not easy but you are singing it really well are you doing also the accompaniment yourself? XD
am1musica 4 years ago
Thank you for your so nice comment !!
The accompaniment is the original one, played by John Miles, Bob Marshall, and Barry Black. I replaced John vocals with mine.
Thank you again !
