I have been researching which blower (Procharger, Vortech, etc) to get, and Vortech sounds amazing, and has great prices. Well, that's a big question as it depends to what motor you mount the blower on. In this Camaro I had a 383 stoker and blower along with the boost added close to 125 HP, you can always play with compression/boost to add more HP.

38 lbs injectors for now. In this video I only had 8 lbs of boost, it will be 15 on the new setup coming up. I have in tank fuel pump. Let me know if u have any other questions buddy.

the sound is kind of annoying. it sounds more like a squeal than normal belt whine. in my opinion, blowers sound alot better than centrifugal superchargers. i just wish the engine wasn't back so far so that one would actually fit on the 4th gens.

You need to at least rebuild the bottom end to handle the blower and you need to lower your compression to handle boost without detonation.

No problem bro, we all started the same. When you supercharge a car you're basically forcing more air into the engine, engine works by ignited air/fuel mixture, so the more air you get along with more fuel and better spark, the more power you get. In my case the supercharger is a blower unti that works on a pully and a belt driven by the crankshaft pully to FORCE more air for more power. Many other things are involved but that's the easiest way for me to explain it to you.

znofxz i used to own a 99 mustang too and i absolutely loved it but now i own a 2001 camaro z28 (Ls1 of course) and i will admit its definately a meaner car from the get go than a mustang. Both are amazing cars, but i think chevy makes a car built souly for speed and ford combines some speed and a little more accesories. Needless to say i love my camaro though

Gorgeous SS. I love the blower whine and the sound of the exhaust. Personally I'd lower it about 2 inches to get rid of those gaps in the wheel wells but that's personal preference I guess. Great looking LT1!
