  • What ever it maybe prison officers dont have the right to hurt people to that exstent by you and ur cousin @dilzio saying that it was justified for as many of those officers to that one man Mr Spratt who had a punchered lung, broken arm was in hospital on life critical conditions that it was okay and it should be allowed, So much for good police justice system hey they just decide oh today we will nearly kill someone, what ever he did they did just as bad if not worse, Prisoners go to jail

  • @Shaquantaylaville when their boss, commissioner karl o'callaghan ignores the victim's pleas for justice, ignores the obvious misconduct and misuse of force, ignores dpp advice to charge officers with assault, vilifies victim on national news tv with a flow chart of lies, denies victim actually wanted action(more lies by o'callaghan)&promotes the main instigator of this torture with premier barnett's inaction,ALL police officers will behave like this on every single occasion.why wouldn't they?

  • unbelievably the Police Commissioner of Western Australia actually promoted the main instigator of this gross misuse of force and misconduct AFTER he witnessed the video tape and, with the help of the Minister of Western Australia, Rob Johnson, attempted to hush the whole matter until one independent Politician, John Quigley, caused the video evidence to be exposed to the media.

  • The problem with o'callaghan's cop out (pun intended) is that he received prima facie evidence of serious misconduct and malicious misuse of force committed against Mr Spratt. Whether Mr Spratt wished to take action is irrelevant because o'callaghan has a sworn duty to protect Mr Spratt. As leader of the Police Force in Western Australia, he is solely accountable for his misconduct and utter failure to protect a Western Australian citizen. He should be charged and sacked.

  • This is wrong. People have rights, that shit is brutal.

  • arresting and jailing those pigs, while appropriate, would just be a waste of time and money. Ideally, they should just be tazered and beaten whilst outnumbered 5 to 1 themselves. As if they couldn't have just wrestled him to the ground and handcuffed him, what ever happened to "minimum force"?

  • @dillzio you dont know they whole story nor does the media again the media spinning bull shit !! one of my family members does that job of transferring prisoners and he even told me that is absolute bull shit !!! dont always believe what you see on the news without knowing there motives for tasering him from what ive been told he was resisting kicking and spitting at them !!

  • @Seriouslydnb I have no doubt that the prisoner was a dirt bag, but police are supposed to use equal or lesser force. how many bones of theirs did he break?

  • these people should be arrested and jailed for assult and impersonating an officer cause surely they cant have passed any kind of psycologial testing before being handed a weapon, if someone did this to a dog they would be jailed, there is NO reason why they should not be jailed

  • @icedove101 read my comment above !!

  • that over the top srsly

  • @socksrock322 not really !!
