amazing how people who say they follow the game don't know the rules. double movement is ONLY when the 'arm carrying the ball' touches the ground and then gets promoted forward a second time or when the ref calls held. if the roosters players actually got a proper hold on hazem, then he wouldn't have been able to jump forward so quickly. his arm never hits the ground and the roosters didn't hold onto him, so he lunges forward, not held, so the ref can't call held. fair try you whingers lol
