I don't think it's a rip off, though. It's more likely an "homagge" to RE2. Either that, or a phenomenal coincidence! XD

But there is ONE thing that I know that'll be different! In RE2 when Leon and Claire meet up at the police station, they split up AGAIN for no adequately explained reason. These survivors, however are smarter than that...... probably.
