You have Frank, who's obviously a really weak guy, just tossing around these expletives with the most force his quavering whine of a voice can muster. At all times, too, even when he's just chilling with friends. He's definitely more on edge than Steve despite appearing laid back in class sessions. Is he neurotic? I'm not really sure. But I really believe that Frank is an interesting character.
