That is so cute! Maltese are so hyper, you have really accomplished a lot with Bella. Given lots of love, with her intelligence, she will be able to understand so much of what you say to her. I had a dog that showed so much intelligence once. She didn't speak, but she understood. Just love her and encourage. Don't stress her. She will continue to learn.
