  • yes all of those veggies are great but when you cook them they lose most of their nutrients and flavor and when you pour any secretions from cows like aged cheese or any dairy you make it unhealthy. It is better to use all veggies raw and if you are going to cook it, why put fat like heated oils and dairy for your health to go from bad to worse? It is best to have a clean diet. read the 80 10 10 diet by dr Douglas graham and get more educated. this is far from healthy , but better than meat!
