  • i would love to meet this guy because he is fascinating and a great man

  • Very well done Roger (narrator), and Gary. RIP Gary.

  • And how idiotic of the woman to flee. Why not look for help for him?! Didn't you LOVE him?! Look what image his kids have had of him, and I'm sure it was because of you fleeing!! Shame on you woman!!

  • wow... poor man. u.u My heart goes to him and his family, but mostly to him.

  • Poor John. Amazing how this illness affects families.

  • this guy's kind of awesome

  • My mom has schizophrenia... Ive done shrooms 6 times lol

  • He should have been admitted to a mental institution for proper treatment.

  • @LordTroll9000 Fuck you. I hope you have kids who wind up schizophrenic. This man may be delusional but he I find much of what he says beautifully poetic.

  • @Guitcad1 U mad bro.......haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • @LordTroll9000 Trolls are supposed to be funny. You just sound like a pretentious dickhead even though you're trolling.

  • @LordTroll9000 You sick fuck.

  • @LordTroll9000 It's not the mentally ill that make the world awful, It's the ignorance of people like you who think this way that makes the world impossible to make it better, instead you try to hide behind your own faults and blame others. The world is not bad because someone is mentally ill it's the people like you who can process there thoughts, emotions and don't use this to make change. The idiot is you a waste of brain.

  • @LordTroll9000 Don't worry the good people of the world! "LordTroll9000" is my property, and I punish him at my own convenience. Now Cubbie, prepare for a Jawlock, bitch.

  • What's a shame is that his family left him on the streets to wait for his illness to only get worse. He could have used help from the beginning.

  • @Time4ABetterWorld They explained that the kids tried to get close to him and he rejects them out of his paranoia.

  • @hollybee43 Doesn't mean they couldn't at least get him medical help...

  • @Time4ABetterWorld How can you say that? They didn't leave him. Watch the whole thing, including part two. They talk about how much they still love and miss him. John suffers from delusions and while he may not be rational he chooses to live on the streets because that just works for him. It talks about how many schizophrenics won't take medication because of the side effects Many also refuse out of paranoia. He's simply not able to function as part of "normal" society.

  • Is that Willie Nelson?...Damn, he fell off!...No, but seriously...It's gotta be tough being a schizophrenic...Much respect.

  • his speaking the truth!! his not crazy

  • so sad thing and this can happen to everyone

  • Having Schizophrenia sometimes seems like a good thing if you're lonely. Think about it...

  • @T3hTroll I'd rather be lonely than to wake up every morning hearing voices saying that someone is going to kill me, my family or my dog.... Having Schizophrenia has been the worst thing to ever happen to me and my family. Would you rather be lonely or see demonic looking and blood soaked creatures? Think about it...

  • @TheBahaiGirl If i have any sort of comfort, by seeing what not. I still may be slightly more happy than being terribly alone.

  • @T3hTroll - There's no mountain top or tropical island isolated enough to be compared to living a schizophrenic life, you're alone but drowning in a sea of people..

In a way you're right, When the symptoms change from Pos to Neg. & over time they can be like an old friend, although one you'd like to have go home just once in awhile..

But your never as alone until you wake up after many years and realize you were ill, what you've lost, what life could have been

    You can't get anymore alone

  • @IronicallyVague You've proven a very strong point, and I truly love what you had to say.

  • In a lot of ways hes very smart theres always been a sort of truth to the ideas theses people think of set aside the fact that he lives with schizophrenia he makes perfect since in many ways. i myself have a mental illness but i see a doctor and take my medication as directed as live a life as normal as one can i hope one day society can accept schizophrenia as being a illness as real as allsehimers thanks for the posting of this video

  • I've h
