The first people to lose their jobs when this occurs are the lower income people. Black people as a group have a lower income than the rest of the country. So many lose their jobs as a result of these moves, and then they have to pay more for the essentials of life.
Therefore, socialist spread the wealth policies as loudly advocated by the Democratic party, disproportionately harm black people.
P.S. Rich black people are Democrats. None are Republicans.

Businesses hire people and thus create jobs. The biggest segment of businesses are small businesses. These businesses provide the vast majority of the jobs in the country.
Businesses don't pay taxes. They pass the cost on. When they have higher taxes or -- in the case of Obama and the Democrats people in power who have pledged to sharply raise their taxes and increase costs -- they simply fire people and raise prices in order to preserve their bottom line.
