I have video-noise in almost all the channels. I've checked the cable-tv cable and it's not grounded at all... I will try to ground it and test. I came across this video because I was searching for information about "dirty electricity" saw some videos of electricians, saying how cable, telefone and other wired services not being grounded contribute to this. Thanks for the video, now I know exactly how to ground it! Now I need to search "how to ground a telefone line"
