On the 60 Minutes interview w/ Bernanke they said that in 2008 3 trillion in Fed Money went to Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and other major banks as well as major industrial firms like GE. So the same players that got the TARP money. At the time, Citigroup had over 1 trillion dollars in assets. They did not need "bailing out". At the same time, millions of Americans were losing their homes, and continue to.

That's "Libertarianism": don't prevent or prosecute crimes; the "market" will "fix" them. The FOUNDERS/FRAMERS established regulation: it's called GOV'T. That is because they recognized reality: humans are imperfect, therefore cannot function other than destructively unless there are rules.

The fact is, jackass, that the gov't is a system of laws; or, as John Adams wrote in the MA-Bay constitution, "A system of laws, and not of men." That system of laws, among other things, establishes rules, secures freedoms, and limits on those freedoms. Gov't is regulation.
