you need to go clew first, also it helps to be sailing on a broad reach before carving as you only have 45 degree to carve before going through the wind, if you start on a reach, you'll lose too much speed.

bend your knees and lean to the inside but to keep the plane keep your weight on the footmast by pulling down on the wish

You have to lean outside the board, and bow your knees.

keep pressure in the sail. (with your backhand)

try to get a soft feet change. without bumping.

When flipping the sail, lean outside the board.
