A good example of getting your weight forward. His shoulder is almost level with the mast.

you need to go clew first, also it helps to be sailing on a broad reach before carving as you only have 45 degree to carve before going through the wind, if you start on a reach, you'll lose too much speed.

You have to lean outside the board, and bow your knees.
keep pressure in the sail. (with your backhand)
try to get a soft feet change. without bumping.
When flipping the sail, lean outside the board.
how much was the alpha racing?
