Level PR stands for the Promenade Floor. It contains the business center and the union grille restaurant which I will not recommend anyone to go to. The food prices are outrageous and it isn't good food either.

The Crowne Plaza I stayed in at Worcester, MA had Dover traction elevators that served 9 floors (technically 10, because one of the three served the basement). They looked very much like this.

nope it is not.  the elevator is an OTIS. it says OTIS on the floor where the door is. I am sure though that a 3rd party modernized this..
