Please don't be so racist, people. From what I read in the previous comments the dogs aren't related, just friends. Theyre separated cuz they could be opposite sex (not sure of).

Dogs need to be treated like they are in nature in the wild even if theyre domesciated (spelling error). We humans have too much comfort and the easy ways in life in developed countries. We can spoil dogs as if theyre human, which they arent.

It doesn't look like any shelter I've seen, and if it needed to be confined, why is it up against another dog where this "disease" could easily be contracted. This is upsetting especially because pups need to learn bite inhibition at such a young age.
