I think the real problem is that RE5 isn't as bloody as RE4 or Dead Space. Our character never actually get beheaded or torn apart. I think it's because either they do not want to make the inner part of the body(like in Gears of War or CoDWaW) OR they find out the brutal death can not happen in co-op game play.

Yeah, RE5 has a darker, tragic, & serious atmosphere. RE4 has two really slick & stylish protagonists in Ada & Leon not to mention more of a more humorous/light-hearted feel to the gaming experience. Yes the main plot of saving the president's daughter in RE4 is cheesy, but the side story & interactions between Ada & Leon gives this game so much more soul.

I agree that RE4 story was kinda cheesy about all the save the president's daughter. But the ties between Ada and Leon, Weskers backround... Las Plagas and the setting was genuine.

RE5 isn't dark or tragic, and 0 atmosphere.

RE5 was a huge let down. It wasn't horrible, but it was bad compared to RE5.

Blame it all on Jun Takeuchi and the "THAT'S RACIST" assholes. Re5 could have been better than 4, sadly it didn't.

hey, when you play and you finish assignment ada, it will show the ending and then it will ask you if you want to watch the ending movie again and if you put yes the song changes! check it out for yourself. The song is a little slower then the 1st one. I like both songs very much!

you get the chicago typewriter for separate ways on the ps2 or the main game on the gamecube.

AND on Wii, you get it for Separate Ways. And beating Separate Ways will get you it in the main game.
