@JamJells Yeah that's what happened. It has been 8 years since the state first sold the property for a "quick" sale and redevelopment. . Maybury Sanitorium stayed abandoned for years, the WCTS abandoned for 25 years. Northville has had some sort of abandoned institution on its land for over 40 years. its a strange history.

@papacs138 Actually these buildings were abandoned because it would of cost too much to get rid of Asbestos used in the construction. It is technically trespassing, so of course there will be a chance of getting arrested, I think they just keep watch around there to avoid people walking about asbestos ridden buildings.

i live in moses lake washington and have been searching for haunted places in my area but haven't found much. i came across this video though. it's cool! you should go to the abandoned hospital in wenatchee washington. my boyfriend is from there and said that it is VERY haunted. if you go there then please make a video and let me know!
