If thieves guild quests properly done... you should have fence/merchant that buy anything & with 4000+ gold in all the 5 house town + the Khajiit caravan just outside the town. Selling off item should be a problem.

Seamus if you keep doing the thievs guilds quest you will get the skeleton key which is an un-breakable lock pick, but don't finish the quest line if you want to keep it.
