I am stumped here. You are using collectivist ideals (gathering and protest) to gain support for your INDIVIDUALIST ideals. Not to mention doing so on socialist side walk, waving at cars driving on socialist roadways and then you go onto a socialist computer and post a video on the socialist internet (or internets as you like to call them). The oral sex jokes on CNN and particularly MSNBC on teabagging they had them by the dozens. White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said the White House was "amused" by the tea parties, but that "nobody out there is making $250,000 a year" as if that were somehow relevant.
President Obama said that he was "completely unaware" of the tea party protests. How can it be that the president could be "unaware" of a grass-roots protest movement of this size and scope? Doesn't he have a TV?
It's about time the silent majority took a stance. Did you notice all the News Media? It's a shame not one of them was there except scripps. It just goes to show you how the government controlled media doesn't want anyone to know how successful the tea party's were. Lets keep up the good work, More protests to come. and now maybe idiots like NY Democratic Senator CHUCK SCHUMER, will think twice before saying, The American People don't care about pork barrel spending.
I was there. This isn't about democrats or republicans. Our government is spending money that is not earned yet. Debt to our children and grandchildren.
The federal government is abusing their power and in some cases doing things they have no power to do. Congress, both parties are addicted to power and are not doing what is in the best interest of the people. The Tea Party was people finally saying enough we are not going to let you do what you want. The government believes they know what is best for you and me, but they have forgotten that is not their job. They work for us and need to start acting like it.

who else is going to pay for your roads, your schools, and your protection ....if not us?
The Tea is about excessive government spending. Roads, schools and protection are local issues. How can we expect to get out of debt if we going further into debt.
i bed to differ, the federal government gives states money which they use for all these things. the debt under obama is unlike the debt under bush because all the bailout money needs to be paid back with interest. example: the government has about $30m in common shares of citi at $3.25. They have already made $7 million on that investment. Its not like money is being handed out, the money is coming back, and profit will be realized
Looks like some more research needs to be done before one types a message. First of all, Federal incom tax does not go to the Federal government, it goes straight to the IMF, which is a European controled bank. Second of all all debts are expected to be paid in full, but guess what it's the American slaves who have to pay it back. Yeah the ones who pay a "Federal" Income Tax. Oh yeah please do some research on the fractional reserve system before you talk about investing in banks.
