  • My buddy was cast as an extra in this movie..he had 6 roles, but the powers to be cut him down to 2, because he's 6'4 280lbs ..the dude is a clone of dwayne johnson lol..the director said he stood out too much. watch for him..he's one of the pall bearers, and a cop

  • maan fuck you and this movie who the hell are you to get a movie deal for your missing child do you know how many parents in the states have missing children??

  • You aruba people are dumbasses.

No one is making aruba seem like an unsafe place.

You're just trying to make someone's opinion on it a big deal.

    Get a fucking life, bitch.

  • the video have alot of fals part/things, that natalie parents has go to the crack house and a black guy had put a gun in the mans head and ARUBA is more nice in the movie, the video is a bullshit, a stupit video

  • and besides these lifetime movie network movies always dramatize everything .. don't believe everything they show.. and damn sure this wasn't filmed in aruba :D if it was , i'm quite sure i would've heard about it =) it's not that big of and island you know..

  • maan,i agree with most of the people out there that this movie and the whole natelee story is crazy! she was a teenager, getting crazy on an island, drinking way too much alcohol and having fun with strangers.where were her friends and the chaperones when she disappeared? i think the first one to blame here is natalee herself, for being stupid in a strange place, secondly the chaperones who were supposed to watch over the students and of course the people who did this to her!But do not blame Aruba!

  • dude , seriously , this shit is buuullshitt!

first of all , this story doesnt even make sence.

and u know what , yeah im sorry for natalie ! but i believe that people deserve to hear and watch the other side of the story asswel.and the other side is not that pretty.and beth twitty knows exactly what was going on.thats all i have to say.I think as an ARUBIAN , we've done more than enough to this case and unfortunatly we are under the DUTCH LAW which is considered diffrent than the AMERICAN LAW!

  • i'm from Aruba, people have said many things, natalee died,or mother planned all this for money they say,Aruba is safe

    kthnxbai.

  • i wonder how much beth was paid for the tv movie?

  • This movie is bullshit. First of all, the people that have tried to "re-capture" Aruba have done a very bad job at that. First of all Aruba doens't have that many Black people, mostly Latino's and Light skinned people. Second of all, the Aruban's don't have that type of accent as in the film and third of all those taxi's are nothing like they are in Aruba. Second of all that whole boycotting Aruba thing is a whole bunch of crap especially after all that the Aruban's have done to help Beth Twitty

  • your right! the tv movie wasnt filmed in aruba ! nothing looked right, not even close!!! and aruba isnt that unsafe!! jamacia is more dangerous for tourist, especially when you leave the resort areas!!! i felt safe in aruba even when driving the jeep outside the tourist area at night !! i actually made friends with a local and every time i go there i pet and feed his dog thats tied up out front his house!!

  • Bullshit movie.

  • what channel is lmn?

  • Why don't they make a movie about the thousands of people lost and never found each day in the US ?!?! This is ridiculous!! Everybody that really knows Aruba , know that Aruba isn't a place that they kidnap girls or something. It's very peacefull. And people who say " I'll not go to Aruba because crimes happens all the time there" is really stupid. Staying in the US ,you have a MUCHH BIGGER chance of being kidnapped or murdered

  • Acctually, Aruba has virtually zero percent unemployment and the highest standard of living in the region. About the only real crime issues on Aruba are petty thefts and, unfortunately, drug related crimes.

I don't think Natalee Holloway was murdered but I do think that Joran van der Sllot was involved. I think she died an accidental death and then he either dumped her out to sea himself or arranged for someone else to dump her. After that, the lying started and it was all downhill.

  • that was true ten years ago, but look again. the CIA fact book has it at 7%.

The government just passed a measure to bar immigrant workers from staying more than 3 years.

an accidental death as he described in the undercover interview makes the least since, he merely needed to call the police, unless he's severely mentally challenged.

  • i agree and i know he DID drug her and didnt mean to kill her , but its still considered murder or manslughter,

  • gayo bo sa ki kk bo ta papia??

  • if he left her on the beach, what would he have to be nervous about? plus why did he say they dropped her off at the hotel, when they didnt?

  • Assuming that the movie closely follows the book, this one should be classifed under "fiction" because that is all it is. As tragic as the case was (still is), Beth Holloway's portrayal of events on Aruba, and of the island itself, are the figments of an angry, vindictive mind and bear no resemblance to reality.

  • It's a perfect match for the Lifetime channel. Lifetime films are usually about poor saintly women putting up with horrific male behavior. They have made and aired at least 3 films about woman being heroines for turning in their son, husband or boyfriend on suspicion for violent crime or murder.
