I'm so glad Davey and the rest of AFI are takin forever to release Crash Love; great things will come if you give them some time. Listen to his voice and listen to the tightness and precision of this band, DU was a wakeup call and this band truly ditched the cold/ambient influences of their old DU stage presence to perform much better (with a bit of rest of course) as shown here. Can't wait for the new album! I would've sang my heart out if I was there!

Don't get me wrong, I liked it too, but the fact that they keep changing and comin up with something new every album is what makes them special (in my opinion at the very least). My favorite albums are STS and The Art of Drowning, but I do love the earlier punk stuff a lot as well, Kung Fu Devil is one of my favorite songs along with Perfect fit, Third season etc... I just wanna hear Crash Love already haha

LOL Personally I like both BT and AFI, but AFI will always be the preferred band. Surrender by Billy Talent is definitely a deep song, but I'd definitely pay to see AFI over BT if they were to play another show like Edgefest or so.. you get what I mean lol
