Well I must say I love Sarah's look with those cute pigtails. Like the jazzy feel underneath the pop element to this. This is my favorite band. I wonder if there's a way to contact Sarah, Bob and Pete on their Facebook page so I can tell them to check out "International Observer". -A Independent Dub project that Tom Bailey has been working on. You all know who Tom Bailey is right? Lead Singer of Thomson Twins. It's actually really good stuff that's creative, original and strange like St Etienne.

There's a quality to those saint etienne productions which is hard to put a finger on. The image is more like a boeing flying above the clouds at serene velocity, with some surrealistic party going on inside like that scene from 'labyrinth', 'when love falls down' or something. On a microscopic level the engineering is perfect, and it all adds up to some strange surrealistic picture. This is way beyond the cheesy popsong it seems to be.
