Well, all I can say is that it works for me. I am using Firefox so there's probably a difference between browsers. Also, you have to allow images...other than that...the video has it all of what I did. I wish you luck.

I do exactly as you say, yet when i open up my sent email, all i see is a small blank box in the corner..... please help!
