I was playing this on easy and i watched a bunch of walkthorughs before deciding to play it and it took me 2 hours. Wait for the tanks and helis thats the way I did it

there's an easier way, just wait for blackwatch to arrive, then start hijacking tanks, then shoot the machine gun and the cannon at teh same time, you will literally drain her health
