that is some really good rudder control...

looking forward for christmas, will get a microsoft sidewinder ffb2 and saitek rudder pedals....in oder to substitute my old saitek st290 without rudder....love your flying and the editing and visual quality is fantastic...what editing software did you use? you can tell your wife and kids that it's aprreciated that they watch their films if you make more videos like this one:)

Thx for the comments! Yeah, I'm always heavy handed on the rudder controls. It makes flying that much more fun when you can slide to the side and shoot!

Those strafing runs were pretty heavy on the rudder, it looked like you were almost flying sideways! It's amazing what those old biplanes could do! I'm too used to WWII simulators, where you so much as sneeze on the rudder and you spin almost immediately... Good shooting/bombing! Make more vids plz :)

This is a good game...seems hard to get used to though. How do you save your videos...is there a key that let's you do that? I float all over the place in this game...I suppose the real planes did do that...sure is hard to hit something. Also...do you use the padlock view at all?

The particle effects in this game are so weak and cheesy, just type WW2 strafing in youtube and look at how real strafing footage looks like.

The only game that has convincing particle effects that comes close to the real thing is Company of Heroes by Relic Entertainment.

Wow, it always amazes me how people can complain about such asinine things. Besides that's an absurd comparison because just look at the scope of each game. The map in CoH is a backyard compared to the land mass in RoF. So I guess you can find all sorts of reasons to complain about anything, but I rather just enjoy playing THE GAME.

Oh and btw, the quality of youtube does make the particle effects and especially the ricochets almost invisible. They look far better when not so compressed for youtube video. Just sayin.
