Did you watch until the end? Izzy has been born already. Carla's mad because Turk told people it was his first so people would get excited, cause he felt like people didn't care since it was his second.. And I think Carla said don't tell anyone as well.

Izzy has been born for awhile now. Carla decided she wanted another kid, and Turk agreed. Once Carla got pregnant, Turk decided to tell people who didn't know about Izzy that it was their first. He did it so they got more excited (after all, gooch wrote a song). Carla is mad ^_^
