@jolityfarm i just played this then and i found a game make sure its competitive co op not campaign co op it is really hard to get a game and when you do finally find one people leave so then you cant get it cause you need 4 players. and you need to win -.- awell if you ever see this im beserker-96 and will be happy to help you

in veteran is impossible to save roebuck, because of some reason when you shoot the japanese bomb explode out of nowhere, but in hardened or lower you can save him

you can save them both if you carry a mortar thing from way back at the beginning back to this part without dropping it. it lets you blow em all up, but polosky just stands there like a retard and is still 'dead'

you can save one or the other but not both. if you save polonsky though, you wont get the acheivement. it does not affect the storyline besides the fact that you will get a different ending at the conclusion of the battle. this is the last battle as miller, after all.

Not really. It let's you choose between Roebuck or Polonsky. The first time I saved Polonsky and Roebuck died. Which actually makes more sense with the ending narration being him and his words, ahah.

If you don't do absolutely nothing, then Roebuck is killed by a grenade that is triggered by one of Japan soldiers...Polonsky manages to fight off back his attacker and then kills him...

The gameplay gets much more emotional if you let Roebuck down rather than Polonsky...especially because Polonsky curses at Japanese soldiers with full of rage.
