  • So happy your feeling better! :) xx

  • I've gotten amazing results from injections. Something to definitely consider.

  • hey have you tried any of the liposomal B12 supplements? They are supposed to help alot with absorption because they are liquids - i think there's even a spray to go under the tongue

  • you look better now, good thing you got tested for inefficiencies in your blood, all vegans need to do this, or they will slowly die, raw organic milk from cows and organic eggs from chickens is not that bad I don't get what the big deal is

  • my question for you....not what you are eating, but how in the hell are you able to live indefinitely in one of my favorite places in the world?? Would it be to hard for you to film videos in front of the bukhit so we could see the perfect surf????? I took your fast about six months ago, and it worked great. I am happy to contribute to your "conscious" lifestyle. thanks and keep on livin the dream.

  • For your own needs you kill and eat plants too. It was always so frustrating when ignorant people would throw that at me and other vegans, but really it holds a lot of validity, not in the way they meant but Really all things are equal, humans are not above animals animals are not above plants, and after discussing diet with so many, vegans, nonvegans, exvegans, Everybody is different, some people need the meat, and not surprisingly

  • I think that is because the animals fecal matter is in the soil. No kidding.

  • I've always heard that vitamin B12 is found in soil and that if you don't wash your veggies, like potatoes before baking them, you are more likely to get B12 then meat eaters. Is that wrong?

  • Ouchhh this gotta be a hard blow for the vegan community.

  • Garbage. I am no longer going to watch her videos or listen to her

  • "It could be that in the future there will be people who, under the influence of their craving for meat, will present many well-thought-out arguments to justify their consumption of meat … Nevertheless, eating meat in any form, under all circumstances and everywhere – without exception and once and for all – is forbidden …" -quote of the Buddha in the Lankavatra-sutra

  • Natasha you don't have to explain yourself to anyone. It's your life, your body and you are in charge of your own health. I really admire you for putting all of this on YouTube, opening yourself up to the very harsh criticism from both the vegan & raw communities. For what it's worth you look better than you ever have, so the new diet must be working. Good luck with the new website. Stay true to yourself. Much love.

  • go /user/liferegenerator better than this woman, stop lien , i know what you do :)

  • That is so cool Natasha, you look fantastic.

  • I wonder if she included fortified grains or multivitamins when you got your B12 up or just animal sources? I wonder about stomach acid too

Animal sources or at least egg is not a reliable b12 source:

watch?v=7S-5ddwuebI at 3min google "The bioavailability of vitamin B(12) in healthy humans from fish meat, sheep meat, and chicken meat averaged 42%, 56%-89%, and 61%-66%, respectively. Vitamin B(12) in eggs seems to be poorly absorbed (< 9%) relative to other animal food products."

  • dont make sense......for ur own needs u kill n eat animals

  • @ananya7ananya She has to eat meat and other animal products is because she needs the vitamin B-12. We are suppose to eat meat everyday because it's part of our diet.

  • Hi Natasha,

Could you please do a vid on facial or body twitches/tics

  • She looks a lot better now. She has more color in her face and her hair is shinier. Keep on eating red meet.

  • More confusion...Okay she has been taking b12 shots through out the whole year and her levels are good..She can absorb b12 from meat, but not from supplements...She can absorb from meat but not plants...But was taking the shots but did not feel good...So the only way she can get her b12 is by meat products...Can anyone explain that please....I mean if she cant get it from, shots, vitamins or greens sounds like an absorption issue.....how can the only way be by eating meat..just curious

  • taht necklace is beautiful....what is it?

  • yay for variety! you are quite well spoken! I subbed!

  • I can't say whether or not B12 is necessarily only available via meat, but I do think that your raw diet before you started eating meat was bordering on eating disorder. What you ate on a vegan diet was so low on calories and nutrition that I unsubscribed because to me your diet was so restrictive that it indicated other issues (eating disorder). I am glad that you are eating better and not as obsessed with food. Remember, life is for living. Do everything in moderation. Be healthy not obsessive

  • @catsmew I watched a video on what she ate in a day and it was incredibly low in calories, I agree with you there!

  • @catsmew I agree. I was having my suspicions as well.

  • Really pleased to see an update from you Natasha .. And regardless of the labels being thrown around and judgments of such diets, I think it's fabulous that you're feeling good about your health .. That in itself is inspirational to me! Thank-you for sharing your personal experiences ♥

  • I think you are doing the right thing for you. Thank you for sharing your story :-). We all have to do what is best for us as individuals. I'm so happy this is working for you. I look forward to the new website.

  • Intolerance of others' choices is an extremely ego-centered and narrow-minded perspective to adopt. We all do what we need to do for our optimum heath and healing, and as someone else has said, everyone has their own healing processes and nutritional requirements specific to THEIR bodies - of course the aim is not to harm and to live in harmony with the natural world, but nature understands at base cellular level every creature's needs. Balance is key. I applaud you for your openness Natasha :)

  • You've inspired me to make positive changes in my lifestyle/diet. My skin is clearing up and I'm making better choices for my health. You're such a sweet person, Natasha. I know a lot of people out there are upset about the changes you've made, but you're still the same caring, lovely person. I look forward to the new website. God bless you ^_^

  • It should have been said in the title, that because of your heart surgery - you are unable to be a vegan, this could lead ppl to not sease on consuming animal flesh for no reason there is!

  • The immaturity level of some of these self-proclaimed "peaceful" vegans really amazes me. & it also amazes me how ignorant some of these comments are. If you haters would take the time to be a little conscious and watch some of her videos, she explains why she doesn't want to take UNNATURAL, SYNTHETIC supplements, that because of her past medical conditions could be worse to her health than eating animal products. @Freelea, get your head out of your ass. You're as close minded as any omnivore,

  • I love you....

  • @ObamaWasBornlnKenya Since when does "raw" have to be vegan?

  • Natasha, B12, thiamin, and other B-complex vitamins can be simply DUMPED in the urine if you are under stress (and you say at the beginning of the video that you're very very busy), along with magnesium, calcium and other very important nutrients.

Plz answer these questions: are you sleeping enough? Are you avoiding coffee or caffeinated drinks? Are you managing your stress? (check your cortisol levels)

If the answer is NO for any of these questions YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RAISE B12 LEVELS!

  • Are we so stupid as a race of people?

If we studied the Hunzas and other similar tribes who lived wisely, the amounts of animal consumption was very scarce and they had no issues with B-12 neither did they know anything about it.

Every animal has it's own diet.

We are not exempt from it. Our physiology shows over 80 signs that say's it's a plant eating animal. Alike other animals on the planet, when we stray from out diet (in particular) we stray also from "normal" health.

  • I think the wholesome diet is doing wonders, you look a lot better and more radiant that before. I think you have far more credibility as a raw vegan coach now because you've tried all diets. People who only experienced one particular diet don't have permission to speak about the negatives of any alternative simply because they haven't tried them. If there's anyone credible to speak about diets, it's certainly you.

  • @Freelea She does not appear to be at an unhealthy weight, but even if that were the case "you look a lot fatter" isn't really a ideal way to communicate it. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you were going from a place of care and concern but perhaps just not particularly tactful with your word choice.

  • @agotisan1 what the heck do you want from me? i dont own Natasha anything, truth is she IS going to get dumber with time, as she will not be feeding her cells and brain what they need (glucose) and instead be abusing her body, the animals and the planet with her choices. and yeah I spelled dumber wrong because I was thinking too much and english isnt even my native language. peace.

  • @cupcakes869 uhh.. nope that is not ethical. it is absolute bullsh*t that organic/free range is somehow so much better for the animals. they are still being used, abused and slaughtered... and no one *needs* animal products by the way, they are absolute shit for your body. just sayin, dont say shit that you dont know is true or not. :)

  • @Freelea there are scientific journals showing how 20% of calories coming from almonds/day lowers cholesterol more than 10% of calories coming from almonds/day, you're just another puppet following the 80/10/10 book who will only ever be at 90-95% health because of thinking that more than 10% of calories coming from raw vegan foods can't be good. The human body tells us what we need, and if we listen closely to our bodies, and our bodies are telling us to have more than 10% fat, then that's that

  • feet on heat treated soil = B12

screw taking shots and/or sublingual tablets

  • Wow, so there are much nicer ways of getting a point across. Yes, Natasha's logic is flawed with her vitamin B12 deficiency, but being rude and saying she looks fatter makes me shake my head. I'm an avid watcher of a few of the raw food channels and found myself a disappointed in seeing a few comments on here.... Being right doesn't give a person the right to be rotten banana.

  • @Freelea I think you meant "You're" not "your"...as in YOU'RE an ignorant, classless, tasteless, rude, sorry excuse for a human being. She looks exactly the same. In fact, why don't you try doing a before and after split of her face and prove that she looks "A LOT" fatter. Pathetic.

  • @judsln Freelea is speaking out to help ppl, animals and our planet. You are wanting to support Natasha here so I can see you are a caring person.I hope you dont mind me explaining that its very disheartening seeing ppl saying so publicly that they need to eat meat for B12 while misinformed.A meat diet is destructive to health and our planet. Many ppl are thriving on a plant based diet. In order to avoid further tragedy and environmental destruction, we really need this lifestyle. Love to all xxx

  • I hope that you come to your senses-i know your expecting these sort of comments but this isn't a judgment as much as it is encouragement-seems as though now your encouraging others to eat meat as well-something has to die for you to eat you understand that-i have to unsubscribe because you information no longer serves me or my heart-

  • dyarrow.org/Return/whereb12.htm This is why animal feed is supplemented with B12.

  • @natureasintended Yes, and, blood tests alone are insufficient, one needs to check urinary MMA and Homocysteine levels at the same time, it's the only accurate test. 39% of Americans are B12 deficient, and surely not 39% of Americans are vegan (I wish!!). We know by now that the Earth isn't flat, and isn't the center of the Universe, maybe, someday people will understand B12 def occurs in ALL earthlings because we've depleted our soils.

  • Love you Natasha! Dont listen to the negitive people. If your feeling good than thats all that matters. Its your life! do what feels right!

  • You must do what's good for you. We are all on this journey called life. You look absolutely beautiful. Be happy because it looks amazing on you.

  • You go girl. Try to eat as much meat as you can to get those B12 levels up!

  • I don't get why people are being hostile to Freelee? She is a shiny example of the high carb raw vegan lifestyle from a female perspective. It's considered respectful to tell someone the truth as one sees it when they are falling off the deep end, like Natasha is doing, as opposed to continue telling them good things about their bad habits. No one wants Natasha to be sick, everyone wants her to thrive and be healthy. I hope she will take some of the more critical posts here to heart.

  • @RawExperiencesTV It is considered respectful to tell someone the truth as one sees it?

The truth is often times crude, disrespectful, and hurtful. I am sure everyone here could point to your physical weak points, and I assure you it wouldn't make you feel like taking their dietary advice.

It is not always right to speak the truth. It is always alright to "Speak the sweet truth".

  • @daytonadudenheimer RawExperiencesTV has been through a lot to overcome ill-health, including all kinds of different diets, finally finding out what really works for her. If someone told me I wasn't looking as well as before, along with some constructive advice, I would want to take it because doing the right thing is so important for me. The most important thing is that the right message gets out there, for Natasha's sake, everyone else, our animal freinds & the planet.

  • @daytonadudenheimer Okay, so telling her that eating meat is raising her B12 levels and the shots had no effect whatsoever, that she is right for eating animal fat after having had open heart surgery, and her vegan diet (as opposed the severe starvation diet she was on on raw vegan) is the culprit is doing her a favor? It's helping her regain control of her health? Don't take my word for it, read The China Study, Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease and Could it be B12.

  • @RawExperiencesTV "Your looking a lot fatter and your eyes are very dark Natasha."

    You consider that respectful?

  • @daytonadudenheimer To me, it read like a question, as it was followed by: " Natasha, What are you eating?" To you, it read like an insult. A matter of perspective? Saying that is disrespectful, and justifies the comments made to Freelee on this page? In the end, I don't care who's being mean to whom, I just want Natasha to get some solid information and understand that her levels went up because of the shots, not the flesh.

  • @RawExperiencesTV

You have no evidence that her levels are up now because of the shots a year earlier...after watching durianriders mock/response of this video, it sounds like your just parroting him without thinking for yourself.

  • @daytonadudenheimer Have you ever done a B12 shot? That's all the evidence you need. Try it.

  • @Freelea Actually, if you watched any of her previous videos, you would now her eyes look better now then they did before she started eating meat...and she is not "fatter".

Your just jeleous that she is on a different diet than yours, and it is working great for her.

Don't come around here insulting someone's physical characteristics and then act like your "buddy buddy" with her.

And why don't you take care of yourself...SISTA? Get your boyfriend to stop pimpin' you in all of his videos;)

  • I am confused :( ... she eats meat? every meal?

    HUH?

Probably should change the name to "RadiantHealth"

  • @Freelea

Um, have you considered that darkness under the eyes is a sign of aging? And skinnier is not necessarily healthier. She looks good to me.

  • @nilesma comparison. How quickly do you age? gain weight?

  • I HOPE YOU'RE OK NATASHA SWEETHEART...I'VE BEEN A VEGETARIAN FOR DECADES...I THINK FREELEE AND DURIANWHATEVER MEAN WELL...THEY'RE JUST DOING THEIR SHTICK... ANYWAY SWEETHEART, I HOPE YOU'RE LISTENING TO ALL THE COMMENTS MANY OF THEM MAY BE QUITE VALUABLE, I'VE PERSONALLY CONVERTED A LOT OF PEOPLE TO VEGETARIAN DIETS AND I UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERNS...SOME PEOPLE CAN'T TOLERATE ANY ANIMAL PRODUCTS AND SOME MAY NEED THEM FOR DIFFERENT REASONS WHO KNOWS... KEEP SEARCHING AND YOU MAY FIND THE ANSWER

  • Have some fucking decency and respect.

  • I'm astonished nobody said anything earlier about the vitriol being spewed at Natasha here. I'm an absolute stranger to her videos, to the vegan community in general and all I have to say is, I am not very impressed with the litany of petty taunts going around. What the fuck is the matter with you people?

  • @ThePantherVision the matter is that this woman is being extremely ignorant and chose to eat meat because of her crazy cravings and now she is promoting animal flesh and chicken menstruation... if you watch some of her earlier videos on this subject you will see for yourself that she is contradicting herself... THATS THE MATTER

  • @thatfruitarianchick I don't feel like she's "promoting" animal products, she is just being honest with her viewers and informing them about a personal choice she has made in response to a health issue she was experiencing. This was probably not an easy decision to make, nor was it easy to decide to get back on and make a video announcing this to viewers as she had to anticipate a good deal of backlash. I highly doubt this came about from mere "cravings" after 27 years of abstaining from meat.

  • @J3NNIF3R87 I dont give a shit (sorry for cursing) what you feel about this subject. It is fact that Natasha is not telling the truth. She went back to animal products because of her twisted cravings and is now actually promoting it by claiming that it is what made her b12 levels go up, when in fact it was the injection. She seems to have a needle phobia which could also be why she avoids getting injections. Injections do actually work 100% of the time, while animal products never work.

  • @J3NNIF3R87 Please go watch this video, it´s kind of like a "exposed" video about Natasha´s b12 issues, I cant put a link but it was by user durianriders and just make a youtube search with text "Natasha St Michael B12 issues durianriders" and it should come up. This woman is seariously mislead and is continuing to mislead thousands of others people watching her videos.

  • SO - if medical practitioners claim that an individuals levels of B12 are insufficient, we blame it on not eating PIG or moo cow?

    OK ok, I get it.

When we get a regular meat eating guru who has B12 deficiencies, we umm, eat more pigs?

  • @thatfruitarianchick I guess that I'm just giving her the benefit of the doubt that she'd have no reason to crave meat or blatantly lie to eat it when she didn't even enjoy it as a child and has (by her own free will) chose to abstain from it for the vast majority of her life. Even if what she is saying isn't TRUTH it doesn't mean she's LYING she may simply not know the truth. She could be incorrect instead of malicious. But instead of attacking her claims you're attacking her character.

  • @thatfruitarianchick Rather, a medical professional told her she suffered from a vitamin b12 deficiency after administering a test because she exhibited symptoms and, not wanting to get nutrients from injections (and evidently coming to the conclusion that this is the only alternative, whether or not that is the case) decided it was necessary to adjust her diet as part of a personal decision.

  • @Freelea Btw, since when did you become so mean-spirited? There's a real dissonance I have here with how you present yourself here and the message conveyed in your videos. In your videos, you come across as genuinely nice and carefree, wanting to help people with their issues. Here: you come across as a snarky little twat. DR should throw your fucking ass to the curb.

  • @ThePantherVision My thoughts exactly.

  • She talks about herself on a personal level on this matter. She just like any real non fanatic will still promote raw nutrition because not EVERYONE has the Same deficiencies as she does and knows of the benefit of the lifestyle. Nutrition is NOT the SAME for EVERYONE and like finding that balance that sustains us that is part of the journey. Those that claim to be opened minded of alternative lifestyles are the first to damn those that dont follow what they deem the way, SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!

  • I've located another video of her's where she looks similar to this one, and you can see that the poor lighting affects her visual appearance: watch?v=6OwG-irmbb0. So, let's not all be so quick to judge that her diet is affecting her "adrenals" and other circumspect bullshit.

  • Let's all remember that Natasha is a person, and she deserves to be treated with respect. Those of you who are making personal attacks on her appearance should be ashamed of yourselves; I think Natasha does look a little haggard and worse for wear, but it's unbecoming of me - and all of us - to say it outrightly in a mocking tone.

  • @Freelea "Your looking a lot fatter and your eyes are very dark Natasha"

    That's not very nice.

  • Im confused on how you have a channel promoting a raw vegan diet and do coaching and things of that sort but just said in this video that, basically, raw/vegan/vegetarian is not the best diet because were are not getting the adequate nutrients. Very, very confused!

  • RawRadiantHealth....time to disassociate yourself from the raw movement and stop pitching your nonsense about health because you clearly don't know as much as you think you know. Let's see how well you do eating cooked animal products at every meal! Sheeesh....eating foods that we are not biologically designed to eat is going to create radiant health....give your head a shake woman!

  • @Freelea

I went back and compared her old video's with the new... I don't think she looks "dark", "fat", or any less healthy. Go back and look, she looks healthy. This said I am not saying what anyone should or should not eat, just that she doesn't look unhealthy in comparison to her old video's.

  • Natasha go Educate yourself berore you come on here trying to educate others

  • Cut the crap, quit the animal products, get the shots and go high carb, raw vegan.

    For your health if anything.

  • if you have to eat an animal product just eat organic/cage less eggs at least that's ethical

  • By test things properly, you go on a good supplement for two weeks get tested at the start of the two weeks then tested again at the end and see if you improved or not. This would be a far better way then going I had a few supplements in the past and they didn't work. Test things properly. I am not trying to get on at you, I just mean do things more methodically, rather then lardy blare. I would like you to test a B12 supplement spray and see if that works for you. :-)

  • That's not true, eggs work, that's vegetarian. Also cheese works... depending on which cheese you get. But a lot of people don't like cows dairy but you can get it in high amounts from raw eggs, and raw goats yoghurt. So I would be able to get it just fine on a vegetarian diet. :-) Am pretty sure if you could get from B12 Methylcobalamin Sprays, if you can get it from injections. But you have to test things properly.

  • Congrats on your 2nd B12 test it's really great news! Health first :)

  • (continued)

i've been an athletic vegan for almost five years now and had my biannual bloodwork done and my B12 levels were 532... why do you have a problem and i don't? you have other underlying problems your doctor is overlooking...

    Kensho

  • (continued)

did you know tufts university did a study and found 40% of meat eaters between the ages of 20-50 were critically low in B12 ? like i said, you probably have pernicious anemia which means you'll be taking B12 shots for the rest of your life, so don't be too disappointed if you find your B12 levels lower then what they are now... you really shouldn't be trying to convert everyone over to the dark side...

  • did you have pernicious anemia? sounds like it based on an 86 reading. if that's the case you can eat all the meat you want and you won't raise/maintain levels. is it possible your 386 reading is a result of your last B12 injection? B12 levels can remain relatively high for up to a year after a shot, so don't be jumping the gun and try to convince others you found some magic solution.

  • durianrider nailed it, time will tell her, that even dead animals can't save her from absorbtion issues...guess she still didn't get around to removing "raw" from the channel name...

  • By the way why do you say "uummm..." all the time? You seem a little deficient and slow, no offense. People want to help you help yourself and help others.

  • @thatfruitarianchick she was like that before :-/ don't be mean

  • @agotisan1 yeah I realized she was a little bit like that before, but fact is she is probably going to become a lot dummer from stuffing her body with the wrong things and not getting enough glucose. not being mean, just stating the obvious.

  • @thatfruitarianchick no.. you're still being mean and you didn't spell dumber right :-/ just stating the obvious

  • 39% of Americans have low b12 and most of them eat meat so MEAT DOES NOT EFFECT b12 as much as you claim.

The RDA is WAY TOO HIGH for b12 so people are told by doctors they are low when they are not.

You were calorie deficient, thats why you felt like shit, JUST FACE IT YOU PRAT.

    PEACE LOVE AND LIGHT.

    :)

  • @Obinome Actually, it's probably the wheat products that are actually inhibiting the absorption of the b12 they do get from eating meat. You guys are severely delusional. I know because I was there once. Peace

  • Raw dog

  • Natasha, please listen to what these people are saying. It is just not fair that you are now promoting a diet consisting of flesh and pus and whatever else you eat now, which by the way isnt food, when veganism was never the blame for your issues. Your body cannot absorb B12 from food anymore, you need the injections. Do it for yourself and the animals, they never did anything to you.

  • Yo if you want to continue eating dead animals "every single day" change your label.I was gorging on dead animals 5 years ago and became b12 deficient,as soon as i went vegan and starting taking injections everything improved. So from someone who use to eat dead animals everyday, please dont tell me it is because of you diet because that is insulting my intelligence.Take some advice from Harley he really is trying to help you.

  • remove your label then of RAW Radiant Health, you arent RAW anymore. That is disgusting to me to go from Veggie to Vegan then eat meat. Id throw up! You took a negative turn in my opinion. Its not bc of MEAT that you are getting higher levels you took injections. It is still stored in your body. This is sad to see this direction you've taken. I hope the best for you and that you really do take care of your health

  • GO FRUIT YOURSELF! Get away from the animal products

  • Just admit you were undereating on raw vegan Natasha. I've seen your vids about what you eat in a day, very deficient raw diet. You did a couple B12 shots, and didn't get tested right after the shots? Just like you just 'assumed' the culprit was raw veganism? Here's why your levels went "up": You were at 86, you took a few shots, and your levels went up to over 1,000 like they tend to. Then you went on the flesh and they dropped back to 376. Animal fat packs on cals, get 'em from fruits. Usha x

  • @RawExperiencesTV

If you had watched her previous videos, you would find that Natasha's symptoms of b12 deficiancy would return in just two weeks after having a b12 injection. She has now been injection free for close to a year with the help of animal products with absolutely no return of of her previous b12 related neurological symptoms.

She is doing much better than she was...can't you be happy for her? Not everyone feels good eating 30 dates for breakfast...myself included.

  • @daytonadudenheimer Try lowering the animal fat, it's why you don't feel good eating 30 dates for breakfast. ;)

  • Sounds like you are up for a little experiment. Try this:

    1) over the next 6 mo eat lots of animal products, no B12 (injection or pill), then test your b12 level. Level should go up, right!?

    2) Go back to a strict raw diet for 6 mos, no B12. Level should go down, right?!

We'll see. Post the results. Would be nice if you could also post BMI and cholesterol numbers now, at 6mo and 12 mos. Good luck.

  • @centenofilho She is not a fucking lab rat.

By the way it has recently been shown rats show empathy to other rats who are suffering...we need to consider studying if this is true in vegans...because we all come accross as narcisisstic assholes

  • Your smile makes me happy. :)

  • Hi! I'm not a vegan (and I don't think I could ever become a vegan lol) But, I do want to say thank you. I watched a video of you talking about how you quit smoking. I am now one week without smoking and struggling a little bit BUT I am inspired by your story and I just wanted to say thank you! :o)

  • @QweenThrisa Forgot to say that I was living just like you; organic healthy whole food diet, exercising and yoga etc, but hiding (somewhat) my smoking habit, hopefully that is a thing of the past now! :o)

  • Just last week I had your famous 'Sprout boats' I put everything on them though LOL I put some 'Cole Slaw Mix', some carrots, some spinach and then poured V-8 Juice over it, and ate them like a caveman over the sink. It was a real mess. Hehe A yummy mess. But I eat the Venison I kill. I also consume (on occasion) turkey and chicken. But mostly fish. I am a BIG FISH guy. I now live in OK, so I'm looking for some Pronghorn Deer meat this year. Happy eating and God bless your precious spirit. :-)

  • First of all let me say; Congratulations! I am so proud of you. I can only imagine how hard it was to get on here and share this news with everyone, knowing that you would have so much judgment from it. I for one do not judge you. One comment said that eating meat is not natural. Have you seen 'The Nature Channel'? Most things kill to eat. There is nothing wrong with us consuming food of all kinds. Young lady! Do what is best and right for YOUR body. We will love you because you are wonderful.

  • I've really missed your videos! :( xo

  • @LaylaZulaz Am sure she wouldn't eat animals if it was as easy as you point out. Check previous vids... not everyone can replenish depleted b12 levels with shoots... and, it's kind of unnatural, isn't it?

  • @gupi1234 Eating flesh is unnatural. If it was natural, you would salivate around animals and desire to eat them and bite into them. Love and peace

B Vitamin Nano-Complex: This unique supplement contains end chain, living B vitamins, including vitamin B12 and folic acid in their most metabolic form. These never before available nanized living B vitamins are derived from live vegan sources and give maximum cellular resonance. (made from probiotic fermentation)

  • @natureasintended - Biological evidence and history show man is part vegetarian / part animal eating being- I could slam you with numerous facts to bury your idiotic statements. You can chose to eat as you wish, but to say eating animal products is unnatural is dead wrong. Your statement about "salivating" is quite stupid. Man is a superior being and has morals. Unlike the crapaganda that saturates the mainstream, man is not an Evolutionary savage. Stop spreading your stupidity.

  • @theothertroll Look up celestialhealing (dot) net and look at the article called How Humans Are Not Physically Created to Eat Meat. Also The Hunter Gatherer Theory (article) at vegsource. You sound angry. I hope you are OK.

  • animals has been used for food for centuries...do what is best for your health......we all need to do what is best for our body...

  • authenticity Sweet authenticity

  • What are the symptoms of a B12 deficiancy? Is there B12 in fish? Thank you.

  • Supplements are a waste of money

  • How do you get yOur iron? Non heme iron found in legumes and vegetables are harder to absorb unless you combine these with certain foods high in vitamin c. Are you getting iron from animal products too?

  • you look good glad your feeling better!

  • Every single time you can look forward to the word, "So!"

  • The oral b-12 supplements are about 1 percent available I've read. So I take 30,000 times the RDA.

  • I'm so glad to hear an update on this subject, and I can't tell you how happy it makes me to hear that you are doing well! I love your videos and learn so much from you. I'm also very relived you are going to be keeping this channel. Can't wait to hear about your new one! I would LOVE a video in more detail about your diet! I can't help but be curious lol :) I'm not a vegan or a vegetarian, but I'm all about keeping variety and a healthy diet, and learning new things whenever possible!

    XxooxX

  • Your so pretty!

  • Fish is healthy to eat. And there is a lot of fish in the sea. Good to see U Natasha. U R looking Happy & Healthy. I Luv the tropics!!! U R in paradise!!! Thanks for sharing!!!

  • You look FANTASTIC Natasha!! Keep it up. ;)

  • It is very healthy to have animal products in your diet. Vegans tend to have a very low IQ which I belive is from their diet.

  • "I eat animal products everyday" I never thought i would hear those words come from your mouth. i'm happy for you.

  • Go animal products!

  • you are in my prayers Natasha, I'm so happy that you are feeling better and doing better.

Always love any and all the videos you put up. :)

  • I'm glad to see you healthy

! I tried to be a veteran and all I did was hurt my body. Just do what's best for your body n try not to think about it.

  • i've missed your videos! glad to see that you're doing better :)

  • Also, limit the amount of fat in your diet, so go for fat-free dairy products like skim milk, yogurt, cheese, etc. I have found through trial and error that I can drink 3-4 liters of skim milk a day without complaint, however, drinking less than 250 ml (1 cup) of WHOLE milk gives me extreme cramping, bloating and lethargy. I've been rebuilding my body from anorexia and bulimia and found dairy to be immensely helpful, and it doesn't make me feel like shit like meat does.

  • Eggs and cheese are vegetarian sources of b12, no? Great video

  • The most biologically available form of B12 from animal products comes from dairy, not meat and certainly not eggs, which are known to block absorbption of B12 and biotin when consumed raw. My brother, sister and mother are all vegetarians who copiously consume dairy products, especially fermented dairy, and have yet to show low signs of B12 through blood tests or physical symptoms.

I would caution Natasha to cease all animal products (except for dairy) because of other deleterious factors.

  • @ThePantherVision Not good advice for people who are lactose intolerant (ie 2/3 of the world). I'd say intolerance to dairy is a pretty good sign that one should not be consuming dairy products.

  • Nice to see a new video, Natasha! I can't wait for the new Web site, also! For all those who question her decision, remember you are talking about someone who had been raw for four years and a vedge for many more before that. She obviously tried not to go this route but I give her major props for being HONEST about her journey and telling us the deal.

  • It all really depends on your body type. THere are many people that do really really well on a diet with meat in it. :) Then there are those that so really really well on a raw diet with out meat. I am on of those that does better on a non meat diet because meat messes with my hormones a lot. Some people have really good digestive systems that can handel meat. Unfortuananly mine does not :( What it really comes down to is what kind of chemistry your body holds. Some say it's your blood type.

  • "I eat very little fruit and have b12 issues" - Natasha

  • I love cows too! Peace and love to all!

  • How wonderful to see you "radiant" again after such a protracted time of fatigue, depression, and confusion. You are blossoming! Please don't take to heart the mean-spirited, judgmental, and accusatory responses by people so bloated by their opinions that they can't see the glory of you restoring yourself. I wish you a beautiful journey and will keep you in the light always. Janis

  • @luvintherawlife So, you deny that you're human? Have you read this?: garytaubes. com/works/books/good-calories-bad-calories

  • @hitssquad Gary taubes has been debunked more than once by dr.mcdougall.

  • @luvintherawlife "Eating flesh is so nasty"

    In what way?

    .

"it destroys the rest of health as it acidifies the body."

    No: westonaprice. org/blogs/2010/02/10/does-meat-really-leach-calcium-from-the-bones

All of the most degenerative-disease-free populations that have ever existed existed either subsisted exclusively, or almost exclusively, on animal-based foods.

  • @hitssquad You again? Do you just go on all veg vids and try to start shit? When is the weston a. price foundation gonna start publishing some studies and putting them up for peer review? Weston price's findings were way different from what the foundation promotes. Wrong the longest lived healthies populations ever studied all ate starch based diets with very little animals (2% or less) the best example is the okinawans pre-1950's. Research actual peer-reviewed studies and not wap.

  • @82Bdog "You again?"

I've been subscribed to this channel for months, and this is the first video post in a while from this channel. Why are *you* here? Are you stalking me?

  • @82Bdog "When is the weston a. price foundation gonna start publishing some studies"

I wouldn't know. What would make you think I would know anything about the Weston A. Price foundation, and why would you think I should speak for them?
