Shadowfax is what I listened to when I read The Hobbit and The Lord of The Rings. This song and the others on the cd are perfect for reading those books. I highly encourage all to read for the first time or again to this music. It truly adds a whole new dimension to the experience.

This was on their first album, which I bought on LP in 1980. Odd that it is no longer in print as it was their best. I heard this song and it just took me someplace else, someplace where genuine magic was possible. Hadn't heard it in a long time. Thanks for putting it up.

They play this song on the spa music channel (rogers digital cable) all the time. Every time I hear it I think of the Aladdin anime I used to watch as a kid. The song is playing right now in the other room, which is why I'm here!

This music fucking depresses me...but in a kinda good way. I love listening to this, I know this song from Aladdin and the Wonderful Lamp the old 80's anime from Miyazaki. It's seldom seen but one of the greatest animated cartoons ever. IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND=understatement. If only Miyazaki's work could compare to that today...

Anyways this song was used in the credits and it suited everything they showed perfectly. It showed various clips from the movie...it was amazing....
