  • I'm amazed at this food and at how many people are eating raw foods.

  • he lists the recipe a couple times in replies. you have to "view all comments" and you'll see it posted near the very last comment and once again a few comments above it (with a slight variation). looks really good doesn't it?!

  • It's so easy that some people posting can't believe it. But life is not always about working hard, is it? Thank goodneess & Carpe diem! (o:

  • What a shitty useless video. Need more info.

  • I would use less descriptive language, but yes, I agree, I would like to know what was put in there as ingredients, and how much of.... looks good, tho.

  • One star only because of no directions, amounts, etc.

    Pretty useless vid.

  • Lol. Moldy peaches and zooey dechanel.

  • This only helped in showing what the end product looks like (which was helpful in itself). But come on! Can you tell us what, and how much? And dehydrator time (if that's what you used)?

  • I added some onion to mine and it was GOOD!!

  • Sweeeeeeet !

  • The pleasure and the pain of this video :-

The pleasure at finding a decent quick raw bread recipe at last!!!!!!

The pain......no decent guidelines as to measures used, yes we can all make a guess but it would have been better if you mentioned the measures used, hit or miss don't make list

  • it's all love here it is! this is what I think it is so double check to the video!

    2-3 grated apples

    1/2-1 cup? flax meal

    1/4 cup oil

    1/8 water

at SALT! or this will be sweet and strange

then add herbs, I add raw tomato powder that creates a tomato basil bread. I've made rye. I love you!

  • Way to go Johnny... thanks, tried it from the video and happy with the results, thank for added tips

  • Oo! How do I make the rye???

  • caraway seeds. yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • so simple and it was so GOOD. finally a bread recipe that i liked! thanks girl

  • You know.... I feel like an idiot, but I've never dehydrated anything. How are you doing such?

  • I got one online with temp control and it was about $40. I don't make tons of different stuff in it, unless I'm on a "trying new things" kick. but I always make flax cracker so some weeks my dehydrater is always going. making crackers is ez and cheap, buying raw flax crackers are not cheap. and I make kale chips often so having a cheap one has a value even if I'm only going to make a few things. flax crackers assist me with my raw living.

  • i just bought my very first dehydrator, too. by a company called "nesco." it has temperature controls so I'm thrilled - it was $50(US) on sale, normally about $55 - $60 at that particular store i think. but it's nice, in these early days, having the option of an investment that is affordable for the average new raw food person.

  • Did You core the apples prior to grating or is it not necessary? I agree about the onion breads- I tried one and it came out so salty I couldn't enjoy it. next time I'll either omit the Shoyu, or just put in a bit of salt. Dehydrating concentrates flavors, and we should remember this, because even though the bread "dough" tasted good before going into the dehydrator, it was overly seasoned when finished.

  • I didn't core the apples...I love the concentration with the kale chips!!!!!!!I got to make that video!

  • cool, will try it

  • how long do you dehydrate for?

  • as soon as you can flip it and take it off the flex sheet so that other sides can dry the better! maybe a day total??? flax drys things out sooo fast so if something has ground flax it's gonna speed up dry time.

  • I know you don't measure, but was that 2 grated apples, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup ground flax seeds, and 1/4 cup water? I don't care for all of the raw bread recipes I've found that are full of onions.

  • 2 apples grated, 1 cup flax ground, 1/8th oil and 1/4th water. add herbs and salt and maybe more oil. let me know if you try it and if it's okay. all the onion recipes have soy sauce, raw or not I try to avoid it.

  • Hi,

Now that looks good! What was the last ingredient you added?

  • grated apple, oil, flax ground up. soooooo good!
