  • pads were good while u need a bit of more practice otherwise it was good

  • hay weeey con madre

  • what soft ware are you useing?

  • hmmm.. ok i'll try this out.. btw how do you like the nanopad? have you tried the LPD8? I think i should get either one so i'll have drums and keying set

  • Amazing ! Is setting up the midi controlers in Ableton hard ?

  • @PKFreeyoursoul thanks! no it'r rather simple, you can find alot of tutorials online and many controllers even have a set up guide for ableton in the manual

  • Hi could you make another vid sometime maybe one with maybe some instructional bits.. like how you set the Nanopad up in ableton, etc.

  • @RoberTastic it's actually pretty simple. in the editor for the nanopad, i set the pads to send cc messages not notes. Then in ableton you press command+m (mac) crtl+m(pc) to enter the midimapmode. click (with your mouse) on the button/switch you want to have mapped, and then press the pad on the nanopad. it's actually a pretty simple 'midi learn' action. you can find tons of tutorials on youtube and google i think. i use abletons 'instrument rack' alot for these kind of things.

  • How did you use the nanopad to change the lead sound of the nanokey? :O

    Awesome by the way!

  • @Gibbarnisse I did it all in the software. the pad sends cc notes and i assigned them to different instruments in ableton. the nanokey (obviously) sends midinote messages which controlls alle the virtual instruments

BTW This is my new channel, I forgot my old password so scratchikken is inactive until i figure it out...

  • @IOofficial Oh, okay! thanks for the reply :)

  • @Gibbarnisse no problem, btw just managed to reactivate this account :)

  • help please :( why is it that my nanopad 2 and nanokey 2 are offsync when i press the keys on them? thanks in advance

  • @k1dpoison Are they plugged into the front of your PC? If they are, try plugging them into the ports on the back of your PC. That should reduce lag.

  • @SnaffleJBean im using an r-link 7 port usb hub that's hooked up to the back of my pc. i havent tried my nanokontrol 2 yet, but im guessing that one's gonna lag aswell. ps they're all updated to the latest drivers and im using fl studio

  • @SnaffleJBean nvm i changed my soundcard in fl studio to asio4all v2 and changed the buffer and now theres no lag :D thanks anyways
