who cares what obscure little insignificant local contest they may have won first at (tells you how bad the others were)... this is nothing but a sloppy pile of shit train wreck... the instruments arent even tuned properly and their technique is wrong.... such amateurish writing too.... not impressed.... just another crappy high school drumline... totally ridiculous they cheer because they rear back.... like that is some feat.

I think I know a wee bit more about music than you do. I AM a music major who marches drum corps, designs for WGI lines, and teaches percussion in championship marching bands. The tap off is a march on-tempo. Drum corps do it when they leave the field, parade bands do it if their parade tune is faster than the march tempo.
And to enlighten you any further, it's just what our band director did. His own interpretation, his own cadence, so it was MEANT to be that way. So maybe all DCA drum corps are wrong, maybe some WGI and marching bands are wrong.. Maybe YOU'RE the only person in these organizations who is right.. Pshh.

EVERYONE does spinoffs of drumline. There were no really good drumlines this year at sherburne (08). None that I saw, anyway. And I would have BET that APW was red white and blue. I guess not.
why do you guys think that the moves in drumline the movie were made up just for that movie the moves were around before and they just used them in the movies only one thing that i can see is in the drumline movie and that is playing on each others drums most of the actual cadence was written for this drumline not taken from a movie
