I agree- a Nobel Peace Prize for someone who spends 800 billion on war and defense- yet scrounges the Third World for extra millions for a climate fund- it's a bit hypocritical.
The same countries who will be expected to donate money to the fund might end up being on America's hit list...
I feel this way about Britain giving 10 billion pounds a year to Afghanistan war, it just saves America 10 billion per year so they can give their top finance bosses million dollar bonuses for Christmas...

Unification of trade and defense is an important step toward building relations between countries. Europe alongside America are unified in trade and defense. It really is up to nations of the Mid-East to unite and build strong economies and defend each other. South American countries are uniting to compete with North America,and that is good.
There are European markets, Asian market, African and American markets. If theMid-East unites the Asian market will be a very strong competitor.
