My grandfather has a 93 non powerstroke Diesel at his place Just outside of Great falls. I'm gonna be up there visiting Starting the week before thanks giving.
my dad has the 93' F350 ext cab 1 ton dually with the 7.3L diesel but its not a powerstroke, but an aftermarket turbo has been added before we got it, straight piped exhaust. family friends have a 97' F350 crew cab 7.3L powerstroke turbo diesel lifted like 6-8" with a set of 35" mud terrains, chipped, 4" straight piped exhaust..
we have a 97 7.3 crew cab just like that but its white and we have 125,765 on it now and a superchips chip in it and that boost horse alot and helps save fuel.
@wagner59270 international.. international.. ford only produced the new even better 6.7L and all the powerstrokes rock.. the 6.0L just needs head studs and EGR delete
@chrisfoohey sorry to here that ud i got an 03 f250 with the 6.0 its got 167,000 and it runs unbelievable and believe me ive worked the holy shit out of that truck it pulls every single day all day and so far not a single issue i half way agree with you on the 6.4 but with some work theyre animals
Wayne, I would like to see a video telling us more about that water pump you started up. I have never seen such a machine and would like to know just how exactly it pumps water. Thanks!
I tell ya Wayne; every time I see this pickup it just amazes me again and again; about the fact that its got close to 400,000 miles on the clock and its still ticking!!!; Ive said it before and i will say it again; if thats not a testament to older ford engineering; then I dunno what is!!!; although there is one thing; Im just wondering what that "ticking" noise u hear in the video of the truck at speed is? If u go back and listen as ur going down the road u can kinda hear it??
nope it was my understanding that the 3/4 tons came with a E40D and the 1 tons came with the 4R100 but all I know is that ours had the E40D before we had to replace it
So you start the water pump, and just let her run out of gas, that's how it works? Or do you run it for a bit, then stop it when the water tank is fairly full?
That truck there has alot of snort yet... She will be around a while. We just got rid of ours, 95 powerstroke with 867K on it, (hotshot hauler) Original motor. 2 trannies.
what do you mean by its on its 3rd body job

the 05 to 07 6.0 are not junk, and only 500 of the 03 and 04 trucks blew head gaskets so they arent junk, so stop being skeptical
