How I disprove your theory.

1) Some of the non-Sinnoh pokemon had ??? for their number. No Shinnoh pokedex was used.

2) Lugia can learn psyco boost, and rhyperior can use surf. Google it. No all TM/HM

3) Most of these pokemon look legit, and you can find them where they said they were found. ie: hoenn, kanto, 7th Movie.

You can transfer pokemon from Gale of Darkness to the GBA, and that to DPPt. Go to serebii, and look under event-only pokemon, and it should be there, saying it is obtainable from Gale of Darkness, and the place should be "Faraway land"

I was on a new file training my lvl 13 pokemon and a bidoff shiney appeared lvl 12 female and i traded it for a Glameow but i got a lvl 40 and had only 1 badge :( but now i have 4 badges so yea you can get a shiney water pokemon if you are lucky cause i doubt you get a poke-radar in the first 5 hours of the game (btw i spent 27 min on google to see what i got and learned about shineys cause of my luck) :P
