she had good eyebrows to start with...and it's easy to work with eyebrows that are that thick, you can shape them any way you want...mine are thin naturally so i can't do heaps with them except keep them neat.
i think the thickness of your eyebrows should be based on the thickness/style of your hair, eg girls with thick dark curly hair should keep their eyebrows thicker, and girls with thin straightish hair can get away with thinner eyebrows...it's all up to personal preference, but i think thin eyebrows with thick hair and thick eyebrows with thin hair looks silly.

try and take more off the ends, and pluck from the bottom, don't remove heaps from the top. usually you pluck from the bottom and the top, but if you pluck from just the bottom as you go out, they will look more arched.

@abby198707 If that were to happen, I'd say go to a specialist [any kind of cosmetic store] and get them to tell you what your natural eyebrow shape should be. If your eyebrow hair wont grow in, you can always resort to an eyebrow pencil, and try to fill it in that way. I definitely would recommend going to someone face-to-face, and asking them the same question. :)
i agree though, i think people are rather scary looking when their eyebrows are done. myself included. but i also think guys look better with facial hair, so? I suppose it doesn't really matter in the end, its just hair. the person underneath it is all that matters. :-D

Have you ever thought about dyeing your hair darker just to see what it looks like? Don't worry about plucking off half your eyebrow or whatever, I have thick dark eyebrows too and people complement me on them and tell me that they don't like it when girls pluck too much. You shouldn't have to torture yourself to fit in, just find what you like and stick with it.
i have dyed it several different darker colors including red, now im just growin the blonde out. its just the maintenance that gets on my nerves a bit, the plucking and/or the retouching of the roots or whatever it may be, so every now and again i go for the bohemian/cavegirl look. heehehe, it rather funny lookin, but way less stressful! i'll figure it out someday so no worries. ;-)
I think mine are rounded. To pluck them, one day I pretty much just followed the shape and tweezed around it. They've always come out really well. The way I think about it is that I'm just trimming a shrub...the natural shape is there, but I'm just getting rid of the little outliers that aren't conforming.
I forced the angle by just plucking at random areas. I measure it just like how they explain it in this video. Also, I use a eyebrow pencil to fill in any bare areas
My eyebrows grow in pieces. What can i do to fix that? Like, only the front part of my eyebrows grow but the other part where the eyebrows end.. that part doesn't grow very well, it grows in pieces. I always have to shade/draw them to actually have eyebrows.

Go to Walgreens/CVS or preferably Sally's and get 1. A decent pair of tweezers, 2. An eyebrow stencil kit or a stencil, and a eyeliner pencil that matches your hair color. You can use a pen at home to determine where your eyebrows should start, arch, and end. Put the stencil over your natural brow and use the pencil to fill in that shape. Remove the stencil and pluck everything outside of the are in which you filled in with the pencil.
I pluck on the top....and if I try to let it grow back, it take forever and it doesn't grow back as thick and dark,. SO, now..I am stuck with having to pluck on the top.

You shouldn't be embarrassed to get them done, alot of people go to them them shaped. Plus after they pull the wax strip off they put they finger over to cool the area. My mom used to do my eyebrows since i was 13 so your mom should be able to help and i know my left eyebrow is more sensitive try numbing it w/ ice or put lotion on.
Mine are the opposite of thick/bushy/full so I can't really shape them. They don't even arc! and I have barely any space between my crease and my brow!
omg...I didn't know that ou can't force a different shape. I used to have bushy eyebrows that had the bump like the model. But, I overdid them and made them really thin and straight. how can you 'shave' your eyebrows...you wouldn't be able to shape it, above all it would grow back thicker with a blade...I'm a guy and personally, i pluck my eyebrows to shape it, threaded it couple of times and thought about waxing them.

I agree stage, I don't tweeze mine, I shave the strays. I inherited my Mother's beautiful thick eyebrows, and she wishes she had not tweezed hers so thin when she was younger. The more you tweeze the more you damage the hair follicles, and ultimately the repeated damage will result in them not growing back at all!
I'm definitely no expert, but I've seen people do that before and I think it's cool. I want to do it too, and maybe I will. What the heck, they grow back anyways, so go for it. Just keep in mind that you'll have to keep up with coloring them in until you decide if you want to grow them back or keep them off.
They definitly need to GO. mine aren't that great enough to keep anyways, my mom probably will get pissed though. O, and I already fill in half of my eyebrow anyways, (i'm missing half of my brow) so why not shave off the rest :) I'm totally gonna do it ! hah
Eva Green's eyebrows are close to her eyes but she looks georgous =) Like chica786 said, just pluck them more inside and add a ticker line (with an eyebrow pencil) at their top.
Oh my goodness, I hope I'm not too late with my answer of NO. Please don't do that! I had a friend do that, and she had to pencil her eyebrows in all the time, and no matter how great you are at penciling in eyebrows, it always looks fake!

i shaved mine off, and when they were off I was better able to experiment with pencilling in the shapes (close to my natural one) that fit my face best. Now they;ve grown back in, I get compliments on my brows all the time (even from the guys!) ;)
im a guy that has really bad eyebrows and i tried to do them up myself and all went wrong,if i do see a professional to help me fix them up,is there also a perminant solution to get them shaped once and for all.i have like gaps and hairs going in all directions,but i dont want them to look feminane !simply i cant imagine myself going to do beatutian evey once every while!

You should try getting your eyebrows threaded. The hair grows back finer and lasts twice as long as plucking , and it doesn't cause breakouts: )

how can you 'shave' your eyebrows...you wouldn't be able to shape it, above all it would grow back thicker with a blade...I'm a guy and personally, i pluck my eyebrows to shape it, threaded it couple of times and thought about waxing them.

I agree stage, I don't tweeze mine, I shave the strays. I inherited my Mother's beautiful thick eyebrows, and she wishes she had not tweezed hers so thin when she was younger. The more you tweeze the more you damage the hair follicles, and ultimately the repeated damage will result in them not growing back at all!

I'm definitely no expert, but I've seen people do that before and I think it's cool. I want to do it too, and maybe I will. What the heck, they grow back anyways, so go for it. Just keep in mind that you'll have to keep up with coloring them in until you decide if you want to grow them back or keep them off.

They definitly need to GO. mine aren't that great enough to keep anyways, my mom probably will get pissed though. O, and I already fill in half of my eyebrow anyways, (i'm missing half of my brow) so why not shave off the rest :) I'm totally gonna do it ! hah

Eva Green's eyebrows are close to her eyes but she looks georgous =) Like chica786 said, just pluck them more inside and add a ticker line (with an eyebrow pencil) at their top.

Oh my goodness, I hope I'm not too late with my answer of NO. Please don't do that! I had a friend do that, and she had to pencil her eyebrows in all the time, and no matter how great you are at penciling in eyebrows, it always looks fake!

i shaved mine off, and when they were off I was better able to experiment with pencilling in the shapes (close to my natural one) that fit my face best. Now they;ve grown back in, I get compliments on my brows all the time (even from the guys!) ;)

im a guy that has really bad eyebrows and i tried to do them up myself and all went wrong,if i do see a professional to help me fix them up,is there also a perminant solution to get them shaped once and for all.i have like gaps and hairs going in all directions,but i dont want them to look feminane !simply i cant imagine myself going to do beatutian evey once every while!

well u can use a razor to shave them i used go to a barber to get them shaved and just plucked to maintain the look.
and it is a set of tweezers she is using..ur suppose to pluck the hairs in the direction they grow. well hope i helped u sweetie. :)
