@darkjutaime Wota (pronounced "ota") are otaku who specialize in idols and idol groups like Morning Musume. They call themselves wota in order to differentiate themselves from the more common anime, manga, and video game otaku.

Wotagei (literally, "the art of the wota") is the dancing and chanting that wota perform during idol concerts. What Rika and the others do in this clip is a good example of a wotagei chant.
