@TamerlanKuzgov For hand strikes to the body or head - 1point: kicks to the body or head 2points: jump kicks to the head - 3point: takedowns and throws - 2 to 3points. Whomever scores 5 points first is declared the winner. Hope that helps.

Finally. That's what I miss in TKD. We were taught the bunch of stuff they won't let us use in competitions. You have it great guys: takedowns, grappling, the full thing. Our competitions suck. I like school sparring though: we do it all when it's just our school. Oh well, it could be worse - it could be WTF (no offense, but I don't like WTF).

awesome vid! awesome fighters you got there master :) this discipline is the most quick and effective i know, ancient warrior tecniques, the ones that made the 3 kingdoms one.... just the greatest martial art in the world :)
