If I may offer a suggestion I see you tend to pull strings slightly out of tune and look like you grip the strings too tight and struggle with chords. This is common especially with accoustic guitars. Many guitarists (myself included) tune down a 1/2 or whole step, which lessens the string tension and makes holding chords easier. With less tension its easier to pull or push the strings out of tune also, but with practice youll find just the right hand tension to get the notes to ring. Rock on!
