  • yeah that the part i remember where wordsworth gets mad at mango and beat em up

  • so....and i think i see what happened here....the Sirlings saw that another contestant (who was a bit of a goof) had created a new dance.

Scared that they would lose to his new fad, they appealed to his better side and took advantage of him to get his costume, which they went on to win with.

the moral of this story kids, is always try to exploit those less bright than yourselves if it looks like they may better you :)

  • "When he catches my eye, The furs gonna fly." Wordsworth

  • The writers REALLY like Mungo, but I can't bame them. Anyone trying to break the "Big people are Dumb" Stereotype is a pretty damn good person in my books. Plus, he is now a badass. I net Cleo would be all over Mungo if she was in this episode.

A lovely Peice by a lovely person. I thank you kindly

  • I really like the music in these cartoons - Shuki Levy never heard a DX7 patch he didn't like.

Also, Wordsworth should have hooked up with Cleo instead of Riff-Raff.

  • @illDiology I don't know why the soundtrack to this cartoon was never released.

  • @Akira625 I really really wish it was, I loved all the music from this show :/

  • @Akira625 Supposedly the music to this cartoon WAS released, but only in France, where Shuki Levy had somewhat of a following back then. There was a french webpage (with English) that showed soundtracks for Heathcliff and Inspector Gadget, and I think a few other Shuki favorites. I sent an email to the webmaster and he said even in France these are very hard to track down these days. Too bad.

  • @illDiology That's right, Shuki Levy was pretty popular over there. Back in the 70's he was part of the pop-duo 'Shuki and Aviva'. They were based in Paris and toured all over Europe.

BTW, I found the soundtracks to the French versions of Inspector Gadget and Mysterious Cities of Gold on bittorrent. The music was obviously ripped from a vinyl source (snap, crackle, pop!).

  • @Akira625 huh, weird... I found them on bittorrent as well, but no vinyl sound... You've also encouraged me to try to track down the Les Entrechats OST if it exists :P

  • @illDiology I think there was a soundtrack of "The Littles," too

  • @illDiology I think there was a soundtrack of "The Littles," too

  • I really wish Heathcliff had the same sort of sound track that Inspector Gadget had... that music they played the 2 times Wordsworth started dancing was amazing.

  • Lol great cartoons.

  • Mungo looked gay at 6:19, lol!

  • how did the DJ know Mungo's name?

  • everyone knew the catillac cats

  • one of my favorite RIff Raff cartoons

  • Better than the MONSTER MASH!

  • I never saw this episode either. Weird. It sort of feels like a Season 2 episode, too, but you didn't mark it as such, and the art doesn't look like Season 2 either. Shows what I know.

  • Severely 80's cartoon, but I ran home every day to watch it.

  • Dude, roller skate six-step! I watched that part over like half a dozen times. He's even stabbing on those windmills. That animation was more legit than alot of the actual dance videos of the time.

Oh, and the Mongo Mash is totally biting on Salah. Or ... is it the other way around? Hmmm.

Yeah, and he's totally doing the devil sign at 6:10, right on.

  • In "Trash Dance", Hector, Mungo and Wordsworth couldn't dance worth kitty litter...even with help from Cleo!

But now all of a sudden they can! Wha' hoppen? Did Cleo's dance lessons finally kick in?

  • lol i was thinking the same thing, i think you are right, Cleo's lessons must have kicked in. :D

  • Dizaam! I ain't never seen Wordsworth so pissed before...and he's usually the cool cat in the bunch!

  • yeah i know he is usually the laid back one :D

  • Ain't that the truth? 'I can't believe what I see! Mungo won over me!' Ha, ha, ha, ha!

  • LOL! Good one Valis, good one!

  • Wordsworth was named after the 18 century English poet, William Wordsworth, not the hentai, dumbass.
