  • Fox news--wow. Just wow. *sighs*

  • LV you do some great work here - if it weren't for people like urself we would all be in dark about these types who seek to keep us in 13th century..thanks.

  • Classic straw man argument by Fox News as usual. They know they are unable to adequately rebut the argument of the ACLU and resort to misrepresenting the argument so they can easily dismiss it. This wouldn't be a problem if most people understood this, but unfortunately a large percentage of this country's population is largely ignorant. No intelligent person could watch Fox News for more than an hour without being appalled at their representation of the facts.

  • Fox News is aware that a vast majority of their regular viewers will not fact-check anything they say.

  • Aren't those two lawyers regular experts? I swear I recognize their Pretty faces.

  • This isn't about Christmas. It's Fox News vs. the ACLU and the Bill of Rights. They're just whipping up some hysteria so the Fox News audience will be clamoring to give up their constitutional rights. Does Vegas have a betting line on when that will happen? I'll bet O'Reilly's got money down.

  • FOX news: facts not required

  • Christians for whatever reason love feeling like they are being persecuted. It makes them feel special or some shit.

  • Just more BS to turn us away from other important problems--just like everywhere else. Yes, I love Christmas. I think it should be left alone, not have someone jump up and down backs to spur even more trouble. Times have changed. America is not just about Christianity even though the majority make up it's populace. It's the school and the citizens in the district that should decide their preferences.

  • Australia - My god why it so hot here :(

  • @types10000 maybe because you country is in the deep south.:) philippines why is it raining every day? russia why is it snowing every day? in december.

  • still relevent in 2011, and 2012 and

  • It's absolutely worth the time and effort everyone puts into it. even if it doesn't reach as many people fighting the hell back against lies with honest logic is the most important thing in the world. Fox news is just a giant asshole, that uses stupidity and fear to control the general public, so a select few can rise to supreme power with no opposition.

  • thank u man thank im glad some one is tellin how fox news are so fack

  • Can't people just let Christmas be Christmas? I mean it only comes around once a year and these idiots act like it's a constant thing all year round. And I would love for someone to explain to me how Santa Claus equals a swastika and how a f**king christmas tree has religious overtones.

  • @rooky0859 Because Christmas was originally a pagan holiday that involved getting drunk , raping women, dancing naked in the streets singing (caroling) and murdering innocent scapegoated citizens. It was then adopted by the roman christians and it was the Jews who they scapegoated, forced to run naked through the streets while they pelted them with rocks, raped the Jewish women, and forced the Jews to give up their posessions (origins of gift giving) while Pope Paul II cheered!

  • Why would you go to all this trouble of making a video about how there isn't a war or Christmas, unless there really is a war on Christmas?

  • O'Reilly deserves to be sent a "Seasons Greeting" card, for all he has done to politicize Christmas, and to turn "Merry Christmas" into right wing political correctness. I actually sent him one.

  • you are, in general, an idiot... not directly because of this video, just in general...

  • I am not a Foxnews fan, in fact, i hate Foxnews, but why is the ACLU sending out letters to schools regarding the Christmas season with their concerns about Christmas indoctrintation? I am not a believer, still, why can't we give Christians their one season to celebrate their messiah without outside organizations campaigning to diminish Christmas but making it multi-religious 'holiday". Quite frankly, lumping jewish and secular celebrations with Christmas is diminishing.

  • @SOLISDEUS

Because we are supposed to have a separation of church and state. If the state and federal governments endorse only one religion, that is not fair to people of other religions.

  • @briangpratt

Awwww, were your poor conservative views hurt by this video because it shows how nasty and divisive Fox News is?

  • @briangpratt

Sorry, wrong person, the comment was for someone else.

  • Thank you for this video it was very good. I have shared it on facebook. I am glad someone is pointing out these errors for people who DO want to know what's really going on.

  • Well, looks like people are still capable of telling when a politician is trying to deceive them into caring about insubstantial things in order to further ingratiate themselves with corporations... In spite of Fox's long campaign of propaganda. (If you're not aware of what I'm talking about, look up Rick Perry and "Strong").

  • @LawandProphets

I never claimed I didn't want to hear what you had to say. I probably would have disagreed, but I would have had a discussion about it. You just made 3 comments you didn't say anything after I responded, apart from a bunch of crap about harassment. How can you say I didn't want to hear what you had to say? You barely said anything about the subject!

  • @LawandProphets

And threaten to sue people if you don't want to hear it, right?

Don't try to pretend you care about freedom (of speech). You essentially typed 3 comments of arguments and when you saw I was pointing out how intellectually bankrupt they were and could be turned on you in a second, instead of trying to come back with some counter-argument, you ran for the hill, crying I stole your lunch money.

  • @LawandProphets

You can't chase me off a comment section that is not your own, I don't know where you got that crazy borderline-fascist idea. You can click the x and block me, but only LiberalViewer can command me to 'leave' as tried to do. This is a public video and I'm allowed to comment on it. I didn't violate any community guidelines, and the fact that you keep responding, in spite of blocking me proves that you purposely revisit this vid to read my comments and false flag.

  • @LawandProphets

Blocking does work, I've blocked people and you no longer receive any notice of comments by them. But nice job trying to silence my opinion any way. The comments are still made, but that only bothers LiberalViewer, as you won't ever see them without purposely revisiting the comment section.

Good for you, get right on it. Might want to start saving for costs because you'll probably get counter-sued by the court itself in Belgium for wasting the time/costs of transnational court.

  • @LawandProphets

This is not a video response. A video response is an actual video itself, that you can complain to YouTube about. Good luck. Oh, yeah, by the way, I live in Belgium, so good luck going to international court with your complain about harassment on a video site that offers you the possibility to simply block someone and probably an additional spam filter on your email account (which you wouldn't need if you simply blocked me).

Do you even know what cyber bullying is?

  • I say merry Christmas because I celebrate Christmas. If someone came up to me and said Happy Hanukkah, I wouldn't be offended because that's what they celebrate. Who cares what each of us celebrates, we're trying to wish others well and we're all celebrating something, shouldn't it be a happy time for all?

  • Anyone else notice "Christmas" is listed twice in the ACLU letter?

  • I expect absolutely nothing less from the monkeys of Fox News.

Keeping America at odds, one lie at a time.

  • A.C.L.U. (Ass Clown Losers Union). You assholes defend pedophiles, illegals, and every kind of criminal element. Criminals (to me) have NO rights. And for that I have no respect for the ACLU. I'd rather spit on all ACLU members.

  • The beJesus was taken out of christmas looooong before the atheists had their say.

  • Quote mining should be prosecutable. Like slander or libel. It IS slander/libel.

Is this not obvious defamation of the ACLU?

  • Why can't the ACLU sue Fox news?

All I see is lies spread about the ACLU from Fox

I don't understand the legal limitations involved

    Thank you for the videos

I don't live in America, but I do live in the world, so we're all connected to one another

    Great channel!

    Have a great day :)

  • Keep up the great work!!

  • I am confused,,,is this Fox News show: "News" or pure "Talk show"?

  • Thank you

  • great work liberal viewer!

  • I like your videos, but i hate the questions at the end, the way they are asked sound like something Fox would say. Just saying.

  • @mirex951 Bullshit, the only way it's similar is because of the "I youtube, You decide" at the end.

  • wow....seeing all of these videos prevents me from taking fox seriously anymore, lies lies lies. at least they have the simpsons, not like I wont watch them. xD

  • IT'S POLITICAL CORRECTNESS GONE MAD!!!!!!!!!!

    BAAAAHHHHH!!!!

  • The ACLU is the blindest organization I have ever come upon. Their only goal is to be top story for time magazine.

  • Please LiberalViewer, get SOMEONE ELSE to narrate your videos. You drone on and on in a very onotrone and un-entertaining voice in non succinct, non entertaining run on sentences

  • Yeah, Bill conveniently skipped over some of the finer details. Interesting scenario. I wonder what Bill's previous teachers must think of him now...

  • Fox news is about making money not reporting the news objectively. Thanks for making these videos. Keep up the awesome work.

  • CHRISTmas is about the birth of our (only) savior Jesus Christ, not santa claus and everything that associates with santa. Even when I was in elementary and middle school the district didn't even call it Christmas but "Winter Holiday." I'm tired of seeing it in public schools and other government services. Why do you even watch fox news if you don't like it.

  • The ACLU needs to pack up and go to China or Russia and stop taking the rights of Christians away. They really need to back off.

  • @Hdo4ac06 If you can't handle there opinion you need to pack up and go to China or Iran. They are entitled to their opinion just like you are...

  • @WorldBFree2006 Excuse me!!!! It hasn't been me that has removed God out of public arena. Furthermore America is supposed to be a nation with freedom of speech.

  • @Hdo4ac06 The ACLU has protected the free speech rights of Christians too, ya know. In a public place where a woman erected a manger, and the local governance took it down, the ACLU took up the case and defended her. They defend the civil liberties of ALL Americans, as much as Christians enjoy thinking they're being singled out and persecuted.

  • @xxcrysad3000xx I will have to disagree with your opinion of the ACLU. The ACLU is constantly trying to kick God out of America. I know for a fact that it is the ACLU is the main organization that is getting rid of Christmas. They are fighting to have crosses removed from the graves of soldiers. The ACLU is the greatest enemy of God and Christians. Dream on sir or mam. OBW how about doing some research.

  • @Hdo4ac06 Can't Christians understand the fundamental difference between religious favoritism and religious equality? There's no underground war against Christmas, get your facts straight, they advocate for religious rights of all Americans and don't see it proper that 70% of the populace should shove their beliefs down the rest our's throats in our pub lic institutions. I've been a member of the ACLU for more than a decade and they've never supported anything except equality. Thank you.

  • @xxcrysad3000xx It seems to me that the only ones that are shoving their beliefs down the nation's throats are the God haters and the Christ rejecters. Listen up, there is nothing wrong with the celebration of Christmas, after all America was founded on Christian principles.

  • Who cares?

  • When you spend most of your time interpreting the bible in whatever way you please, you start doing it for everything else around you.

These people have lost touch with reality.

  • Why don't Bill and the Bimbos just come out and say they hate ALCU and just leave it at that?

  • Why are they attacking the ACLU? I'm guessing they stepped in and stopped something else on the conservative agenda. This is just pay-back.

  • Yes, your efforts are worth it. Even if the numbers of people that will "see the light" from your efforts are small, unfortunately change is incremental. I truly believe that many of my core beliefs (which overlap many of the ACLU objectives) will someday be the norm. But we may a couple of generations away from this and I have no false allusions that they will happen in my lifetime. If I though otherwise, it would be depressing. Do what you can to change the world and the have good life!

  • @LiberalViewer We support your effort, and appreciate it very much. Thank you.

  • Conservatives... FUCK YOU.

  • Wait, conservatives are better, now I'm comfused!

  • I can relate the story of a Taiwanese man I know, who was so afraid of exclusion in school that he would throw out the lunch that his mother packed him every day, in hopes of fitting in with the majority. A school ignoring such a problem is exactly what the ACLU warned of in their letter. These are real problems, and Fox News has demonstrated no shred of respect for anyone affected--because their audience is entirely consistent of white christians who don't give a shit.

  • At 2:09 when O'Reilly reads that passage with such contempt, it clearly demonstrates that he doesn't know what it's like to be a minority, to be singled out, and to be excluded, he being a White, Christian male... which only goes to completely confirm his lack of empathy and complete ignorance toward other religions and points of view.

  • Plain and simple. They are trying to increase sales around christmas time. If people feel threatened that their holiday is so-called "at risk" then they will feel more compelled to participate a.k.a buy presents, decorations, and other holiday type items. Sadly enough christmas is a materialistic holiday and contains very little "holiday cheer" as it is. So the way i see it its nothing but endorsing an american holiday a.k.a just another excuse to waist money on senseless things.

  • Of course it's a war on Christmas. Who are you trying to fool?

Christmas was essentially the ONLY holiday celebrated at that time of year, that is until Jews engineered the 1965 immigration act along with the ethos of multiculturalism, all of which was an indirect, sly attack on the WASP dominant culture. Now, can you follow that little boy or shall I draw a picture for you?

  • @jimj122680 Did you even read the letter in question? It didn't threaten anything at all, just asked that schools be inclusive and not take part in indoctrination and exclusivity. That's literally all it said. It didn't even have the word christmas or christian in it!

  • @jimj122680 Well, it had christmas once, but that was to state that people across the country are celebrating that holiday along with kwanza, winter solstice, etc.

  • Good coverage on this topic but most Muslims pronounce it Eed. No need for correction, just a little notice. Btw, tell the ACLU to keep up the good work. I also convinced one of my friends that work at DirectTv to list Fox and Friends under comedy. Good stuff

  • good dont say christmas in schools, thats just as equivilent to saying happy satan day (dont take the evilsoundingness out of pupourtion) one not all kids belive that shit and two, its pretty much based on a proven to be false belief,

when i have kids where not gonna celebrathe the jesus holiday of christmas, where gonna celebrate the christmas coca-cola created thats based on comercializim and time off work

  • On the first question, HELL YEAH :D

  • the ACLU's letter...you can't explain that

  • I guess Bill cant read.

  • i like how the 'lawyers' are slandering people. They know what slander is, right?

  • Thank you for making the world a better place.

I often wonder how those at Fox live with themselves each day after making this a worse world to live in. Intentional lies, hypocrisy, and divisiveness for the sake of what? Someone who backs Faux news please respond to that question, as well as this; How is this group anything more than a bunch of well funded yellow journalists?

  • Facts? What are facts? We at Fox News know nothing of these "facts". Are they some sort of food?

Also, 77 people hate the ACLU, Santa, and Jesus.

Seriously, though, I've recently discovered your (LiberalViewer) work on Youtube and am a big fan. You're pretty much saying everything I've been thinking for years. Keep up the good work.

  • If Christians had a sign saying, non believers are devils, evolution is not true, Big Bang is a lie, etc Atheists would take those as fighting words. Should Christians not feel the same?

  • @OmegaFujin

Actually some Christians do say those things. I know because I've talked to them. I would expect Christians to defend their beliefs just like anybody else does. However, I don't understand why some Christians think that the ACLU is anti-Christian. That does seem to me like a persecution complex. I know people who support the ACLU, and guess what, MOST OF THEM ARE CHRISTIANS!

  • @gibbytravis Free speech is one thing, but I'm only referring to the sign that was in posted in at a public city building, saying religion is a myth, there are no gods, angels, devil, etc.

Christians don't have ANTI Atheist signs posted up on any holiday. When Atheists gather to protest Christians and religion for our beliefs and such, I don't mind, but posting an Anti-Christian belief sign meant to offend is low. I've got nothing against ACLU either, but that sign was bogus and had ill will.

  • @OmegaFujin

The sign you're referring to was posted by the Freedom From Religion Foundation, not the ACLU.

I am an atheist. I don't think that there is anything wrong with criticizing religion. Nor do I think that there is anything wrong with atheists putting up a display in the public square during the holidays.

That said, I think that the FFRF made a bad PR move putting up a display that was so negative during the holidays. They could have focused on the positives of rational thinking instead.

  • @gibbytravis

Religion is not immune to criticism, but all that putting a negative message up in the public square does is make atheists look like dicks.

  • @gibbytravis Exactly my thoughts. As I said I have nothing against ACLU, and had no clue who they were until this video. I don't mean to blame them if that's what it sounds like, but whomever it was seems twisted and wrong in my opinion. No one will argue that being rational is wrong, but rationalism does not have to equal Atheism as such signs and many Atheists often imply. Questioning and thinking about the answer is one thing, but the conclusion is another matter entirely.

  • @OmegaFujin

I define rationalism as: The view that a claim should only be believed when there is sufficient evidence to justify that claim.

I see no evidence that any gods exist. So naturally I think it's irrational to believe in god(s). So in a way I think that rationalism does equal atheism.

However, that doesn't mean that I think that theists can't be rational about other things. It also doesn't mean that I think that being an atheist automatically makes one rational.

  • @gibbytravis I've heard pretty much every good and bad argument for and against Creation, Evolution, Big Bang, etc. The evidence to me seems to point toward creation, as it does for many. Depends on how you view the evidence, as it would seem most write off all evidence in favor of creation, on the basis of it being super natural. Due to the nature of the beginning of the universe I find it difficult to fathom a universe being eternal, or coming out of nothing.

  • @OmegaFujin

In my experience the target audience of those creationist arguments are often the scientifically uninformed. I hate to be cynical but I think that it is often deliberate. Quote mining is a good example of this. Creationists will quote part of what a scientist says to imply the very opposite of what he/she was actually saying. Sorry, but that's not honest. I'm not saying that all creationist do this, but far too many of them do.

  • @OmegaFujin

I don't reject the supernatural a priori. I reject the supernatural based on my own experience. I know that stories involving the supernatural are told by people. I have not had any supernatural experiences. I have had experience with people being mistaken or lying however. As Thomas Paine said, "which is, is it more probable that nature should go out of her course, or that a man should tell a lie?"

Give me the best example you can think of, of evidence in favor of creation.

  • @gibbytravis Well lying has little to do with it as no one was there at the beginning, so we can only speculate. What people say now is a different story then what happened then. I also find it difficult to fathom that the disciples would all lie with penalty of death, as well as everyone else who spoke of Jesus. Seems a bit odd. I know everyones word can't be trusted, but they were human, smart enough to discern whether or not Jesus actually was dead, and if he actually came back to lie.

  • @OmegaFujin

"Well lying has little to do with it as no one was there at the beginning, so we can only speculate."

That's not true, just because no one was there does not mean that we can only speculate. We can look at fossils, we can use radiometric dating, we can find natural processes that create amino acids, the building blocks of DNA and RNA (we have). We can look at how galaxies form by looking at distant galaxies. We can observe the cosmic background radiation. It's not just speculation.

  • Respond to this video...

"I also find it difficult to fathom that the disciples would all lie with penalty of death. . . ."

That's all assuming that the Bible is an accurate representation of history. Some of the gospels, we have no idea who wrote them. Let alone if they are reliable.

Please read the Bhagavad Gita. Tell me if you believe all the stories in it. If you don't, then you will understand the way that I view the Bible. Some of the stories might be true, others are folklore.

  • I know this video is old and all, however there in fact are many attacks brought about on the Christmas season by Atheists. There are many who hate it and many who don't, but the haters do exists and do have power to cause turmoil. An example includes the sign that told people that Christmas is a myth, how there are no angels, etc. That is obviously meant to get a point across to an opposing view by criticizing, not to support an Atheist view.

  • Fox likes to make Christians feel persecuted to they can control them. When Christians feel persecuted they shut down and close their minds...just what the GOP wants.

  • it is truly sad that "newschannels" like FOX are still able to reach millions of people with their ridicolous statements while the truth is so often hidden. I dont blame the people since they often only get to see stuff like Fox but I really thank you (LiberalVIewer) for providing those interested in the truth with the possibilty to inform ourselves! Thank you - your work counts believe me!

  • @Lassitofi crazy, even scary.

    Well. I start watching Aljazeera.

    FOX sucks :(

  • @hotjama12 yep. same here

  • I really do not like that lady in the red dress. This is all I heard coming from her mouth 'Omg omg it's so not fair, it's just Christmas. Omg why are they doing this... D:' She just seems so whiney! ehhhh

  • fox news stalker lol

  • dude i hope you keep up these videos cause as long as you do there will be a chance that eventually the news stations like fox will eventually will have to start telling the truth cause if they dont people can easily come here and find out if fox cut any footage to suit them or benefit them by lies and whatnot

  • Did that segment on The O'Reilly Factor even mention where a copy of this letter can be found? Or did Bill-O and his bimbos just about say "Take our word for it because we know our sheep viewers will not even bother to read the actual letter"?

  • @GarrisonHat

    4:09

they actually say the viewers should read the letter. they don't say where, i think because this would create an irony overload.

  • ACLU is instrumental in removing religion in school. That is typically Christian. Hense, ACLU is the enemy.

It is important that you make these videos. While I suspect that the Fox does not watch them, they need to be made. The same is true for The Daily Show and Stephen Colbert.

  • Makes me very upset to hear this ... isn't there an option for legal action against fox for spreading such lies?

  • i know this is an old video, but ALL your videos are worth the effort. i wish i was a billionaire, i would sponsor you and make your truth known to EVERYONE.

  • Good job keep it up... !!

  • So are the people on Fox news incredibly stupid, or so shameless as to lie on purpose to millions every day?

  • Thank you so much for making these videos.

  • When I was young the downtown street decorations would say Merry Christmas, that was changed to Merry Xmas. After the first change to public displays they went on to change it to seasons greetings, or happy holidays. I don't blame anyone, but Christmas has lost a lot of its magic and this saddens me.

The state may have bent a willing knee to the doctrine of political correctness, but I will always wish you a Merry Christmas and support the ACLU..

  • Could Bill mumble any more when leading into a segment? 1:45

  • @aaronbobaron For real.

  • Fox News lying? I refuse to believe it! *closes eyes and plugs fingers into ears* lalalalalalalalalalalalalala I can't hear you llalalalalalalalalalalalala

  • Wow that was a waste of nine minutes of my life, find somthing more important to debunk and how about showing the lies of other news outlets and you might be seen as credidable and not a fox news basher.

  • Living in the UK, until youtube came along I could not believe how biased the US media could be. Is the same true of UK TV or am I being brainwashed just as much as you lot in the US? How do you know what is true if you only ever see the news from one source?

  • why does he always have one or two clueless bitches each time he wants to make a ''point''?

  • I am surprised that the letter isn't an example of Christan dominance in America, as Christmas is mentioned twice.

  • bankers run the world bankers run the media. Democrat, Republican, etc. doesn't matter.

Time for People to wake up!

  • I certainly have no problem with you exposing the lies of Fox News! Or the Republican Party! But Please!! Please acknowledge the lies of the Democrats and the left wing media, too!

  • @yrunuts1962 hey, wingnut. do your own homework or is it just easier to whine and bemoan how nobody understands your need for balance.

  • @yrunuts1962 You do that, you have the same voice he does.

  • Marry Crismahonsaquanza.

  • The only thing that the War on Christmas has done is make the holidays more self-righteous and annoying instead of "saving" anything.

  • How have these assholes not gotten sued for slander? How can they get away with such blatant mis-information time and again?

  • You'd think with "Fair and Balanced" and "No Spin Zone" plastered all over Fox News programming, they'd actually bring on a lawyer from the ACLU as a guest to explain and defend the content of the letter rather than just having two women and O'Reilly sitting in a circle patting each other on the back and reassuring one another about how right they are.

  • Surely there's a governing media body that can pull Fox into line for their dishonest broadcasting. This type of thing seems illegal and is downright dangerous.

  • Couldn't the ACLU sue them for libel and slander?

  • @achzdck, there's so much irony in your reply that it could be effective satire.

  • Actually, Christmas being a national holiday is unconstitutional. But, as with many things, politics trumps legalities. It can be called "national over-riding public interest day", not "Christmas"

  • @achzdck LOL

  • @achzdck

Heh, you're not serious, almost got me.

  • Oh man. I didn't know fox were THIS active in their distortions.

    This is disgusting.

  • This Man who makes the laughing man :)

  • you should be on TV man..youre great!

have yout own channel or program, "lies of fox news"

  • God damn it, Fox News makes me want to vomit.

  • yes it is worth everyones time and we thank you for making these videos you really do your research and you always give the facts and give links to the original documents not little portions with sentences cut out

  • lolz that stupid letter never should've been sent in the 1st place

this is what the leftwing loon SCUM at the ACLU do, wake up every morning and say hey, what's something else that's none of my fucking business that I can stick my stupid liberal nose in

    FILTHY ACLU SCUM!

  • @frictionRx5 Yeah, how dare they try to uphold the Constitution and protect people's Civil Liberties. The fucking scum bags.

  • *I didn't read the whole thing.

    As I said, tl;dr.

  • @achzdck

As much as I disagree with Boudiga's massive replies (I agree with him, but not the quantity; it's a lot to read, for me.), I also ask you to read the letter. The most offensive thing I found was that it listed Christmas twice at the very beginning. Not that I have a bias against Christmas, I just don't like slip-ups like that. like how I didn't capitalize the first letter of this sentence. Just bugs me.

  • Awesome vid man

  • Fox anti-truth hate-speech = profit for Rupert Murdoch, and he's a republican... as he himself once implied (I'm paraphrasing)... if he could make the money he does by manipulating a network with a liberal bend, then Fox News would more-support that angle. How very immoral of him. Is it worth your time? That's for you to decide LV... I'll watch either way... each anti-xmas year is so homogeneous at this point you could just provide links to prior years each year if you like ;).

  • Keep up the good work we need more people debunking this evil of a news network

  • If only there was some way to put all of this guys videos on the air for all of America to see. Fox News would be shut down after that.

  • @achzdck Also as a nonxian I would not want my child forced to say a prayer in a PUBLIC school! If she wants to pray to herself privately, she can, as long as she don't disturb the class. In HS I knew a boy who said a small prayer everyone morning after the pledge. He didn't do it loud, no1 bothered him and he was fine. The teacher just can't force anyone to pray. Thats a good thing! As Jefferson said, "A separation of church and state..." Letter to the Dansbury church about the 1st Amendment.

  • @achzdck I read the letter the ACLU sent. Fox news did slander it. I don't like them, because they directly lied about this issue. Why won't you read the letter? Fox news down right lied about the letter. O'Reily was being a very bad catholic, telling lies rather than speaking the truth. If you have to lie to make your point, then maybe your point is wrong.

  • @achzdck Yes you are free to express, however you can't infring upon others either. Which means all religions not just xianity. Hence why the ACLU acknowledges other beliefs, not just xianity. And as for not killing, those laws predate xianity, judism, etc... Really faux news and you are making a big deal out of nothing. Instead of using the holidays to promote togetherness, it promoted hate and fear. I'm not telling you not to say Merry Xmas, but why get pissed off if I say Happy Holidays?

  • @achzdck that time of year. Whats the big deal? Read the letter. Its not at all threatening.

  • @achzdck Actually no, xianity isn't what made this country great. Our founding fathers took laws from pagan Rome and Greece and applied them to our laws. Which is our founding bases. We had plenty of unwed mothers throughout history. However we no longer send them to their aunts in florida ie off to a convent and place the kid up. We acknowledged womens rights. And why did the ACLU send the letter during that time of yr? Well if you read the letter it says there are MANY beliefs celebrate during

  • @achzdck Oh why a people have an issue with fox news? Well if you read the letter you would have seen they were down right lying about the ACLU. There was NO attack on x-mas or any singling out xians. They were committing slander and this video called them out on it. How is it xian to tell down right lies about others? How is it correct in any sense to slander a group who is simply asking for peace and education? Why are you so threatened by other beliefs or lack there of?

  • @achzdck The only reason why any xian group, not xianity itself is attacked, is because we are trying to avoid our country being like the third world countries runned by religion. Xianity is trying to put its doctrine in our schools, our laws, our freedoms, our civil rights, etc... Many groups, even xian groups have to fight hard to remind theses fanatics they have no right to push their beliefs onto non believers. Also I love how you claimed one would be killed for Liberty, shes a pagan god!

  • @achzdck Many atheist, pagans, jews, muslims, etc... have also died for this country.

  • @achzdck Xians have used the sword many many times to force people to their beliefs. Now the sword isn't as common, but threats, bullying, media control and ignorance keeps the whole focus of force belief. The fact that you believe this country is a xian nation shows the propaganda is working. One, the founding fathers were mostly theist, second he first Amendment states the gov. will not establish any religion, third creator is a broad term. Parents can be considered a creator.

  • @Boudiga Self correction, our founding fathers were mostly DEIST.

  • @achzdck Have you even read the letter? I did. Not a single threat at all in it! Whats the big deal to be asked to acknowledge and educate students of the many different celebrations done during that time of year? I agree we need to expose more beliefs out during the holidays. People like you get so full of themselves and their religion that they forget there are other beliefs out there.

  • I like liberaviewer. I like his videos. I dig the perspective they bring.

That said, I wish he were a little ballsier in his rhetoric sometimes. He sounds passive-aggressive when making completely legitimate requests.

He wants his videos to have the reach of Fox News. That's fair! He wants his viewers to take the time to give him a thumbs up and spread the video to other people on the Internet. That's fair!

But he doesn't ever request this. He just lightly suggests it. And it's off-putting.

  • I'm an American, I'm an Atheist like many...many others.

  • im american, im atheist, sue me. ;)

  • There was an ad on this video entitled "End Liberal Media Bias".

  • u lost on this one liberal commie, hate speech toward christmass

  • Christians feel persecuted when others wish them a happy holiday instead of saying merry Christmas.

Christians feel persecuted when two men or two women hold hands or kiss and they find out about it.

Christians feel persecuted when they learn there are people with different beliefs, or no belief in the supernatural at all.

They are a religion with a victim complex, even though they are the largest religious sect in the US...

I shouldn't be surprised; their "savior" was a victim too lol

  • @NicholasKreuz

Wow... and people just gives you a quick 16 thumbs up even though your lumping all Christians together into a group of people who supposedly hate other people's beliefs? What makes you any different than Bill? And I want to share a little 'snapple fact' with you : REAL Christians should NOT even celebrate christmas! Dec 25th is an ancient pagan(Roman) holiday witch was 'Christianized' and woven into the church through Roman Catholic leaders.
