Doesn't clean as good as my Dolphin did but I guess if you let it cycle for 6 hours it might. Cleaning the filter is easy but when you watch it climb walls and come out of the water and go across the top of the pool upside down, you really wonder. I think it runs across the bottom of the pool too fast because the debri gets pushed away instead of being picked up.
