They want people who are homosexual to realize that the bible teaches us that marriage is between ONE MAN and ONE WOMAN, not a man and another man or a woman and another woman. "SoulForce" needs to get their facts straight before they put out propaganda. Why would it even make sense for LU to not show how homosexuality is wrong along with all other Christian institutions?

If you accept 1 and that the Bible could have been different then you should accept 2.

1. If the Bible says something is right/wrong then the Bible is right/wrong.

2. If the Bible could have said that something is right/wrong then the Bible would have been right/wrong about that thing.

The Bible could have said that rape was right, but that wouldn't make rape right, therefore one has to reject 2. But 2 entails 1, therefore one has to reject one; your argument against homosexuality fails.

You might dispute that the Bible could have said that rape was wrong, but on what grounds? You might say that God is all-loving, etc, so wouldn't view rape to be right. There are lots of ways I could argue against this, however, let me just note that the Bible isn't 100% accurate, for example, in Genesis. That by itself entails the conclusion that just because something is in the Bible doesn't mean it's true, which applies to any putative biblical argument against homosexuality.
