@midnigthspecial1 don't get me wrong...Bill is awesome to me, better than anyone who could handle a bass on the stones...what i meant was the singing, that if it's live (which is not according to you) then he sang pretty decent, that was my point. Bill is one of the greatest players EVER, his signature on the stones is such a trademark in style and rhythm...semds chill to the spine everytime i hear something like "family" from the metamorphosis lp....the chills man...the feckin' chills

The bass is Travis Bean bass with aluminum neck!!! Bill used Travisbeans from 78 to 83, and nowadays he prefers Steinberger carbon fibre basses.
